« Comfortable and friendly stopover prior to work engagement »

This was a short but pleasant stay. The check-in and out process was extremely easy. Room very clean and comfortable. Towels a little old but one nice and soft. The bed was very comfortable. I was welcome in the restaurant at almost 9pm and the meal was freshly cooked and delicious.

Motel is ok Evening staff were great also restaurant staff were friendly But the early morning staff were not great. Eg. once leaving car park they didn’t open boom gates had to go back in reception tell staff to open gates they were rude in answering. H

Had a wonderful time here we stayed in a great room, with plenty of space, my only whinge would be the dinner on the Wednesday night @ $55 a it was busy, by the time I got to the buffet there was nothing left! They were just not that quick to replenish the empty food dishes, then some of what I did get was just luke warm, nothing hot!

The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant when they learned of the reason for my visit. Lovely steak meals and a good breakfast with plenty of variety. Just a pity when I stayed 4 nights that I only received the clean sheets on the 4th night. Would have been nice on the 3rd! Free bottle of water only appeared on the first night too, in my room. Other wise clean comfortable and quiet despite my room facing the main road.

Disappointing that there was only one lift working on the morning that we checked out. Your bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, shower head was terrible . Bathroom is tired looking and not clean due to age. On a positive your staff are great and breakfast was good.

Clean comfortable room. Outdoor area behind eating area appeared to be in disrepair. Breakfast was of a low standard, potato gems listed as hash browns which were stuck together indicating frozen supply, baked beans tasted like they were out of a can rather than organic fresh. I also was registered for the Accor program, which has occurred four times now (Melbourne on the Park, Mercure Perth, Ibis Sydney Darling Habour and now Mercure Sydney Parramatta) of which I have emailed Accor and not received a response for many weeks and tried calling but was on hold for 10 minutes.

Service at the reception desk was very welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. However the mattress on the bed was not so comfortable. Probably needs changing. Also the TV only had a few channels on it. Overall though I was very happy with my stay.

AC controller did not work properly for 2 days. It seems taht controller did not accept manual temp set at all, and room temp did not reached higher than 20 deg C. After Reception got maintenance dept to fix it, started working properly, for 3 days.

Arrived early as we were going to the races. We weren't expecting a room, however without question we were given one. Room was clean, bed comfortable & shower good. Walls very thin, & you can hear everyone around you. Excellent location for staying if you are going to Rosehill racecourse. Breakfast was great & staff nice and friendly.

« Probably my worst ever hotel experience »

It was poor to say the least, I indicated prior to arrival that I require a very quiet room as I cant sleep otherwise. The room that I was put into was below the very noisy HVAC plant and I had to pack up and change rooms at 11.30 after attempting to sleep. The following evening after returning from all day meetings my room key did not work in the lift nor on my door.. I went back to reception (and lined up) only to have the renewed cards fail AGAIN! I repeated the process and finally got into my room.....then I found the the mini bar was completely empty...!! it then took 45 minutes to get it restocked. Overall not very happy!!!!

Room good, venue good, food good but the delivery of food was not effective. Cues to long at morning and afternoon tea. Lunch food was not topped up quickly. People had to wait for for rice and meat dishes before filling their plates.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of making the booking and changing the room before I got to the hotel. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. I enjoyed the whole experience, comfort and ease and will definitely be booking again if I'm in the Parramatta area. There is one small grievance I had, which was the price of meals. $80 for three meals was a big hefty. Overall it was a nice night for me and my family.
