I was afraid to stay at Pullman's due to the fact they do not offer extra beds for kids. But they actually provided a crib that surprisingly fit my 3 years old child. So our stay was perfect!

From time to time I go to São Paulo. Stayin in this hotel is like being home. The staff is very nice and know how to make you feel like a friend. Besides that the facilities are just what you need and the room is very comfortable.

service and accomodation over all was very good. The shower cabin in my room should be renovated and the TV system isn`t sate of the art (andling and choice of canals in an international hotel)

Overall, a good short stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Fitness area was well appointed and kept clean too. Pool is too small to make any sand and dance about! Only down side really was the cost of food in the restaurant.

« A formerly fantastic hotel is already showing it's age. »

Overall still one of the better hotel with some disappointing things that have crept in: 1. No facial tissues in room 2. Minibar not automatically restocked when room clean 3. Wallpaper in bathroom starting to peel 4. Shabby caulking in bathroom ceiling 5. No towels in gym - had to wait for a long time despite calling front desk 6. Plenty of audible sounds from the hall - soundproofing should be better Still a solid 4 star hotel but no longer a 4.5 star hotel.

I've stayed in this hotel numerous times before and the hotel itself did not disappoint. Good amenities, large size gym, strong wifi signal, very clean, close to good restaurants. All in all very comfortable and welcoming. The one gripe I have during my last trip is that I was charged 1 extra day of parking because I decided to utilize my late-check out benefit. Not complaining about the cost or the poor parking service. It's the fact that I was not informed well in advance of this pending charge. Had I known, I would've understood and moved on. In any case, this was very disappointing and I hope hotel management would be so kind as to warn guests in advance of any potential surprising charges they may incur.

This was probably one of the worst stays that I had at Pullman. I have always a nice experience. However, this all started wrong. I always receive an upgrade room with a kind message. During this trip, I received a regular room with a WRONG NAME MESSAGE - it was to a couple ! The room was not that clean and it also smelled. I arrived late every night. So I did not have time to complain

Everything in my last visit was great! From the beginning with the Captain (Anilton) to the end with the check-out. And I'd loved the Fitness kit! I'd like to make a special mention to Anilton (Captain) because he is so nice and helpful. He makes the difference!
