« Nice hotel for business travel. Noisy street though! »

Hotel was nice, centrally located. Staff was exceptional. Restaurant and breakfast was delicious. Room was clean (loved having no gross carpet!) and spacious. Need to do something about the lifts which is why I only gave a 7! Sometimes had to wait more than 20 minutes for the lift - watched it get stuck on a floor or pass my floor several times before it actually stopped. Would have taken the stairs but they were poorly lit.

Just 2 out of the 3 lifts were working. Besides lifts are very small making, this way, waiting lines to go up and down. I was riding my motorcycle and garage is poor.

Great hotel with amenities that fulfills a family’s need. Me, my wife and my daughter had a great stay here, with the staff being very helpful and caring for our wellbeing. Had a problem with the payment afterwards, but management was very helpful and fixed the issue quickly. I was very satisfied. Location is great and amenities makes it a great value for what you pay.

The experience is good. I came to Curitibe every week and I always stay at Mercure Curitiba Batel. I've write here once about the scrambled eggs in the breakfastbecause that looks and tastes very bad. Now I learned that we can ask for eggs for the waiter and the do one "normal" fresh egg. It solved my problem, but I think for the guests that come from the first time, they don't know it and they needs to face the eggs as it is served in the buffet. Previously I believed that the eggs was a kind of eggs in powder, but than I asked for the waiter and discovered that the eggs are done in the microwave. I'm sorry to write here just because of the eggs, but this is something that every week intrigues me. why do you do this eggs in the microwave if you have a restaurant? It can be better!
