There was only one elevator in operation. The gyn had only one running machine working. The accommodation is very old. With that price I would have choose another hotel.

It was a quick visit. I spent only a few hours. my only complain was that I was oriented to pay for breakfast not included in my reservation. Weird, I had no time to validate it.

Since the check-in I felt that everyone was willing to help, asking if I need anything, giving information about the hotel and the facilities alround the neighborhood. The room makes you feel like home, and the breakfast was perfect, I will come back without a doubt.

I really like the location of the hotel and the staff is really nice. There are a couple things that make the stay not 100%: 1. The keys to the rooms are misconfigured all the time. Constantly, I found myself with the need to go to the front desk to get this fixed. 2. The elevator is very slow. 3. The WiFi does not work very well in all areas of the room; sometimes even disconnecting,

« Lovely stay. The shortcoming is I requested a receipt of my stay by email and did not yet receive. »

Nice food, lovely breakfast. Clean room and facilitities. People very very nice throughout the hotel. All great. I did ask for my receipt, which I must use for my accounting, be sent to my email jw… and I have not yet received it. I tried to dial the phone number +57… to request a receipt but no one is answering this number. Can you please send me a receipt? Thank you!

From checkin, through housekeeper Bete's delicate attention to detail in organising my room in accordance with my habits and without me having to ask, through the kitchen and restaurant team. I felt at home, and I felt taken care of. The canja (chicken soup) was delicious, but what came in the most disappointing tray I could have ever expected: the smallest bowl with two cold pieces of stale leftover bread from breakfast. For 40 reais, quantity, variety and quality of the sides was underwhelming to say the least. Pizza was undercooked and not warmed through, soggy crust, impossible to eat. Paying is not the problem, being disappointed by what came is.

Check-in was efficient. Elevator was scary. Room was comfortable, but windows are only single-glazed and there was too much noise from helicopter arrivals and departures. Breakfast was adequate. Check-out was efficient.

Room only had AC in bedroom. And TV was in the living room. With I wanted to sleep watching TV, I couldn't. If I wanted to watch TV in with the AC on, I couldn't Breakfast was really bad. Eggs were watery

It was a short one-day stay. I was very well greeted and treated by Bernardo at front desk; the room was spacious, with confortable furniture. On the down note, the elevator was a bit slow, and the air conditioning, which just installed in the bedroom, was not able to not cool down the living room. But I slept well, though.
