Close to the Capitol theatre & restaurants. Friendly staff.Very clean. The only negative was the air con was not working as it had not been serviced in many a day. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Ibis World Square. After flying in on a long-haul flight, I was extremely tired and had two large pieces of luggage. Sarah was fantastic - she grabbed my luggage and helped me (I'm disabled, so I needed help). Nothing was too much trouble. Lucas (Luke?) was also fantastic - he was welcoming and obliging; and I was given a lovely room, which was spotlessly clean and also very quiet. The buffet breakfast was superb; and overall, I was delighted with my experience. I will definitely stay there again!

A couple of small things I noticed included a split in the shower hose meaning it leaked all over the floor and there was decreased water pressure. Would be good if that was fixed. Also had the experience where got to my room (in a 2 night stay) and the card didn't work which meant going back to the desk etc. Staff were very helpful. Stay overall was pleasant. Location was excellent.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, catering for all tastes and cook and wait staff friendly. Light on TV annoying and we turned it off at the wall only to find that the TV then needs to be reset. Otherwise the room was what we wanted - close to all public transport.

The Ibis World centre was close to all Public Transport that we required during our stay in Sydney. Breakfast Buffet was a good start for every day on the go. The rooms were serviced every day for when we returned tired after long days on the go.

Staff were great, felt expected and welcome.. A basic hotel, but still feels a bit hostel like in the lift and hallways and rooms a little average. Good to see the bathrooms appear to have been updated recently. Great location though and understand it is still an Ibis so expectations also not huge.. all in all, a convenient place in the CBD

« The bed and pillows need replacing »

During my stay over two days I just needed to rest, I found the stay in room 1103 to be the most uncomfortable sleep I have very had and I travel very regularly. Your advertisement actually boasted about the fluffy pillows and comfy duvet...this was far from it. I had to use the cushions to provide myself further support. After checking out on Monday 2 September 2019 I had to go and receive a massage to try and alleviate the pain from laying on such an uncomfortable bed.
