« Party in the lobby at 3.30 AM »

We stayed in 2 rooms and for 2 nights at this hotel. At 3.30 AM extremely loud music and laughter/screaming in the lobby, in the restaurant area and on the terraces of the hotel. Nobody from the staff cared about it and no intervention at all. Impossible to sleep. Apparently members of a rugby team celebrated their result. In addition problems with the cleaning especially the floors of the rooms. A catastrophy. One positive aspect : Dinner in the main restaurant was very good.

I struggled with my stay due to no fault of the hotel, the group that booked me in were unaware of my dissabilities at that time, my room was the furtherest away from all facilities, and room not suitable for easy access. However I managed to cope nd enjoyed my stay.

Tidy, clean room with great bed & shower. Platter was perfect with cup of tea on arrival in room. Entertained friends in downstairs bar which was very enjoyable. Good breakfast before departure. Daily paper availablility a bonus.
