Room was comfortable and as expected. Had some issues with room service, but staff were happy to help resolve it. Wanted to eat in restaurant on Thursday night, but it closed early, and large party in bar area meant I didn't want to get food there. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful (check-in/check-out/bar where we had breakfast/taxi booking). Facilities were very good, as was the location (close to Bercy village). Décor of the hotel was pleasing to the eye. However, would have been useful to know the opening and closing hours of the restaurant (had to wait for a member of staff to tell us whether or not this was either open or closed). Also, would have been useful for a door on the actual shower cubicle.

« Check in and check out time was very difficult for our clients. »

The check in time was delayed and client were very tired, reception stuff was not handling it well asking for money from clients who were prepaid by MCI - they were part of the group and they were told that they will need to pay in order to be checked in at 2.00 pm. I am sure that this is to bad management and instructions to the reception - and it affected overall our clients experience. MCI was not aware of any late check in. The line was very bad we could not communicate with the front desk - overall experience in check in time was really bad. I am dealing with high end clients on daily bases and never had so much hassle with 9 rooms to check in. In check out time there was another problem. Once of our clients who was checking out was asked to pay for dinner - rooms service which was already paid in one invoice. I have been calling during the check in time to the reception but again they could not hear me properly, so they did not want to speak, I called the events department, they were as well saying that this was not paid. I received confirmation from events team that everybody is well informed about all. When I asked for this particular dinner voucher she informed that there is not problem. But in check out time there was and our client was charged. I am waiting at the moment for confirmation for receiving money back from your hotel for the dinner.

Nice hotel, comfortable room, good location, near to Bercy Village, lots of restaurants, some shops, a Carrefour and a cinema. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is simple, but the chicken wings are delicious. 1 issue is with the internet, too slow, can't do much with it, had to use data for most of the time. Especially when working on my emails on my laptop, it is connect to hotel wifi but no mails are downloaded, had to switch to use mobile data to get my mails.
