Pullman was a nice/casual hotel. The staff are great. Our room was average. We were upgraded to a suite but it was 108 degrees outside and the room never really cooled off. It’s also not centrally located, although Bercy village is very nice and across the street where you can find any kind of food.

I agree that Bercy village is a very nice place and lot of parisian people enjoy it during spring and summer. We definitely had very high temperatures we are not used to and we made the best to keep a cold atmosphere in the room by closing the curtains and putting AC at minimum. I am happy that your overall stay was great, but first, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by our swimming pool and spa area being closed. I know that your family was looking forward to enjoying it but unfortunately we experienced an unpredictable and out-of-control incident so we had to close this area of the hotel. As it happened several months ago, we are no more communicating on this area of the hotel and we adviced the clients who booked before the event. Then, I am also sorry if your rooms were not prepared as these were supposed to. Please make sure that we will make a reminder to the staff to be much more vigilant for any further occurrence. I had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. I really enjoyed the personal touch that the General Manager made by adding a note and beret to the room. Service was great, rooms modern and bed comfortable. Only downside was that I wasn't there long enough!

As always I was greeded by a member of staff and directed to the check in desk. Julie processed the check in and she was ever so polite and efficient and dealt with the check in in a timely manner. I only stayed for one night. Room was clean. I had beakfast the following morning and was greeted by the manager whose name I don't recall. It was really nice and there was a wide choices available.

« Almost perfect in every aspect of service! »

We came here Paris to enjoy our honeymoon, from China. Lived there for 3 nights, a junior suite with breakfasts included. EVERYTHING in minibar is free and always refilled in next morning. The suite also has three side windows that you can have a perfect view. The neighborhood is awesome too cuz it's very close to Bercy where you can have foods and wines, desserts. and also a Carrefour over there. We left tips but the housecleaner didn't take it. If we have chance to go to Paris again, I really think the Pullman will be my first choice, really.

Things were reasonable but were colored by the fact that a pre-ordered taxi was not ready on time and it took close to 20 minutes of being told that "that" taxi is for us, and then it turns out that it was not.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Everyone was very helpful and informed. We were very happy with our stay, the level of service, the cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold and excellent service. Hotel was very central in terms the of walking distance to Bercy Village and to nearby metro station. We will definitely return.
