« Expensive for the service »

Everything ok. No frills. A bit expensive for a 9m2 room without breakfast. Lots of activity at night in the corridors.

I booked on internet. It was not possible to check in on line. The checkin on the door did not work. I had to stand one hour waiting to be let in. This was at 21.00 which ment that any chance of a dinner except for McDonalds were closed due to the delay. The guy letting me in was very grumpy and not very help full at all. It is a renovation going on at the hotel so the whole hotel us very dirty. The floor in the room was not cleaned and was very dirty. After walking from the shower in my room to my bed I had to clean my feet again as they were dirty after 3 meters walking on the floor. I have been staying in F1 hotels many times and I like them but I will not stay in this one again.

« It was awful. »

The place is a building site and should not be accepting guests. Very few toilets and showers open. Air conditioning totally ineffective. The building was insecure. No breakfast available. A truly awful experience, however you look at it.

« Hotel under constructions »

The hotel is now under constructions. So it is quite dirty there. The room itself was okey. I was surprised that there was no pillow-cases, we were proposed to use a part of a bedsheet instead. The only thing that I really needed was air conditioning. It was present but worked very weak as if it was no air conditioning at all... But the concierge was friendly. The breakfast was in Ibis hotel next to us and it was okey. The positive thing is that after renovations the showers are moveable, not fixed any more, it is handy.

To get the hotel was quite hard, too far away from the tram. The area doesn’t look really safe and the hotel was in construction, which made it not really confortable to stay in it.

« Room was good, check-in a bit distressful »

Hotel's location and room were quite good. The only problem was that we arrived late in the evening (at around 11pm) so we needed to check-in with the machine outside the hotel. Problem was that the screen was off.. We had to call the hotline to get the room number and the code, everything ended well as the guy was really professional.

The hotel is very disorganized, the overall is very bad. I could never imagensd that Accor Chain could provide this kind of service or work with this concro. It was my first and last time in F1. I had a reservation in F1 in Nardone and it was cancelled because I wouldn’t like to have this kind of experience again.

I was satisfied with the hotel. It’s pity that no public transportation possible to go to the center of Montpellier . What was very disturbing , is the cleaning lady knocked on my door from 10.00 until noon several,time and not let me have any rest after I have taken my breakfast . I think is little bite rude when the check our time is at noon and not 10am .

« I didn`t stay at the hotel because of the bad presentation of the room and the missing WC (it isn´t expected a room without a WC) »

I pay the bill before notice that the room has not a WC, I asked for the reimboursement or a crédit tranfer for other hotel of the group Accor and the information was negative

« Sloppy hotel »

Least clean budget hotel in Europe we've been in. Even smell of pillows was bad. Please get rid of dust in the rooms and spider webs in breakfast area. Breakfast variety shorter than in other French F1 hotels.

Not sufficient security for our motorcycles there were a lot of unsavory characters hanging around with large transit vans. We did not feel safe leaving them alone. We arrived at cut off point for cancelling so had to ay anyway.

« Disgusting, terrible, not what I expected from F1 »

I used to stay with F1 hotels before and I never had a bad experience with one of them. Until yesterday’s thunderstorm made us stop in Montpellier to find a hotel... We paid for the hotel by machine, as reception was already closed (this was around 9pm), we entered the building and found our room on the second floor. First of all, we didn’t know there was no toilet and no shower in the room, which was already a huge disappointment. After that, we discovered that the room was terribly disgusting: hairs on the floor, in the sink, in the bed - litterally everywhere. The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuum cleaned in a month!! Besides that, the toilets and showers outside the room looked like they weren’t cleaned in ages... We were really tired and we already paid for the room, which made us stay in the room. If the situation would have been different, we would have definitely left the room and looked for another hotel. Last time with F1 hotels, for sure!!!

The room was dirty, smelled like it had never been cleaned, bedsheets were dirty and we didn't get the towels we prepaid for. I can say for sure that we will NEVER stay at any of the HotelF1 hotels again!
