Dirty bed

I have stayed here before and rebooked because I was impressed how clean it was. I arrived just before reception closed and went home after driving 500 miles from England. I’ve got sorted in my room and pulled back the duvet to see that the sheet underneath had already been slept in.! There was clearly an imprint of somebody there plus an obscene amount of body hair. I was exhausted after driving all day and it was late at night so I had no choice but to sleep on top of the bed fully clothed. I must say the receptionist in the morning was absolutely lovely and very apologetic, I showed her the photographs I had taken of the sheet so she could see that my complaint was genuine. She kindly gave me a towel, so I could have a very long, hot shower because I felt so disgusting. After staying here many times, I think now I will not come back. Absolute basic number one thing is clean bed and toilet.

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 je l’aurais fait !!!! Réservation annulée en temps et en heure mais prélevée de 30 euros à cause de leur mauvaise foi, la personne m’indiquant que ça n’avait pas été fait (sms et mail d’annulation de réservation à l’appui). A FUIR !!
