Nice staff. This hotel is worn out. Windows do not keep out the road noise. The staircase and halls were dirty. The bathroom was worn and stained. This hotel needs maintenance

« Quiet, comfortable, but bathrooms need some attention »

The staff were friendly and welcoming but none of them spoke English which would have been helpful. We booked two rooms and both bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the toilets were smelly (worse in one than the other), stained and unpleasant.

5 ⭐️ Staff! The property is clean and tidy! Although as a constructive criticism the head manager David should give focus on more staff training mainly on some of his “ created own rules” as these would definitely put the business away. e.g. 5 minutes after checkout time the staff are forced to demand the clients to immediately leave the room otherwise a call will be made to police instead of informing the client that 5€ extra will be added to final bill as a result of the delay, etc. I could give more exemple if contacted. I did tried and requested to speak with him and unfortunately the staff are not allowed or have any means to contact him on weekends even if there are problems with the clients!

« Unadequate bathroom : smelling awful and not convenient to have a shower »

The room is ok but the big issue is the bathroom : when you take a shower, the water flood all over the place into the WC part because no separation. The WC has no cover and there's an awful smell even before using it.

« Good budget hotel »

Ideal for my visit to work at a nearby golf tournament, this hotel is on a busy road and with no air con if it’s warm the rooms can get very hot and if your facing the road with the window open it gets very noisy most of the time, most guests during the week are van drivers so the car park gets packed and parking can be an issue, overall it’s a good budget stay, breakfast room is packed first thing so go later if you can, only criticism is the towels are not big enough if your a larger person like myself.

« A Budget Hotel that delivered good value for money »

Hotel was tidy and clean, toiletries, bedding and clean towels available. Good buffet breakfast, and snacks available in evening., Staff helpful, although several had limited English language, but that still worked fine. Only complaint was that the front room we had was quite noisy with nearby road traffic at night

I arrived without a reservation and the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Booked me in and I was in a room within 15 minutes. Room 102 on the ground floor but I later found out that it is not the best place to be for uninterrupted sleep. Between 11pm and 1:30 I was woken on more than one occasion by "guests" noisily opening/entering and closing doors and holding long LOUD "conversations in the reception area/lobby. I will definitely not ask for that room or similar in the hotels. Check out was simple

« You get what you pay for »

1. The room temperature was 35.5 Celsius; I measured it with a phone app. There was no Air conditioning, no fan and no breeze. I have medical conditions that prevent me from sleeping in excessive heat so we found other accommodations and left. 2. The room was as expected, no frills. looked clean, but it was 35.5 Celcius with no breeze 3. The best thing about this place was the staff member working the desk. Excellent customer service. Great people skills, he even managed to get the security gate open when it malfunctioned.
