Main problem that reduced my positive experience was the airconditioner did not work properly, the temperature could not be adjusted and it stayed hot all night making it hard to sleep.

Always good, EXCEPT FOR THE TV , the screens are at the wrong angle , therefore TOO DARK when sitting on the bed . Very annoying, and makes me feel like not going back.

« Bad experience »

1. AC remote was not available to adjust temperature. They set to 28 and no one was there at the reception at night.We had to open window little bit to get cool. 2.When my 3 year old daughter went to have breakfast with her mother, they guy who was sitting at the reception said it was closed for the day. 3. They gave us remote control to operate tv but it was not switching on. Please check everything before you handover room to a guest.

I'm very surprised to read that the guy who was sitting at the reception said breakfast was closed for the day maybe service had closed and the breakfast was already packed away. Anyhow sincerest apologies for that and we will investigate what went wrong here. Sometimes the TV button on the TV itself needs to be pressed first or the TV has been switched off at the power point. Nonetheless we are more than happy to fix your TV for you and anything else at all you need during your stay. Adequate, comfortable bed. Room a little cramped. Shower could do with a refurbish. However, very pleased to have private shower facility. Fluoro lighting a little harsh. Pleased to have late night access.

No lift Broken window Room power would cut out when I plugged my iron in. Room filled with smell of cigarette smoke during the night. So noisy sleeping was not an option!

« I stay for work purposes and the Ibis is a great facility for my needs. »

My stay was satisfactory for my obligation to work and the Ibis has everything I need for short stays in Campbeltown clean rooms good shower and is in great location for several choices of dining facilities close buy Good beds and clean linen with on hand support by friendly staff.

It is run down and falling apart. Second bed didn’t have a blanket and we were fortunate that reception was delayed in closing otherwise it would have been a cold night. I even called ahead to make sure the second bed would be made up.

upon my arrival my view out the window was nice, the only downfall was there were old used underwear hanging on a tree and rubbish against a fence. I was in bottom room 134. Other than that the room and facilities were good.

mattress needed renewing and the bathroom was a little sub standard but the service was good the people were nice and the breakfast was excelent .I have paid less for a lot better room but having said that i would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at IBIS. It provides what you'd expect for this price-point in accommodation. A clean tidy room, with all the basics you need, when you are just after a place to park and stay. The staff member made me a nice espresso coffee with breakfast, which was a bonus. And I enjoyed the breakfast, which was much like what I'd have at home and was filling for the day. It was also good that reception was open long enough for me to get a key at about 7pm and that there were plenty of food spots within walking distance, and easy to get back on the freeway the next day.

It was ok but could have done with floor towels and hand towels, one for the sink and the other for outside the bathroom door as its very slippery with wet feet exiting the bathroom, tissues would be good also.
