Good to stay. However, no cleaning for three days. I was expecting to get the room cleaned every morning.

1person room. this is the first time i stayed in ibis budget. room was clean. bed was very comfy which i needed after traveling from mel- sydney. had a good sleep. ample parking. few negative points: no cutlery or plates just 1small spoon? fridge makes a scary loud tick noice. vending machine gave me wrong drink so have to pay again😂. plz ask front staff to speak bit louder. have to ask him again and again.😬 (also i want to ask why front guy kept my payment card for longer where he just did swipe thing at last after entering the details from my driving license. was it necessary to hold my card?)

As Ibis Budget Standard we dont provide cutlery in the room. If you do require please get them from reception. We dont swipe the card any more from the terminal. it all went through our online charging system. We held the credit card to make sure the credit card name is the same as booking name and make sure the charges is gone through online before we passed back on to the guests Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. Had very bad experience for the first time. Room was flooded and toilet was bad with mould in it
