Good room, quiet location, great price, condiment for a conference at the location, great facilities at connected the Novotel. Would stay again when attending a conference at the venue. Staff friendly and helpful

Arrived to find parking $40 a night. Ridiculous. Car spots are unbelievably small. Room averagely clean.

« Better than expected comfort and fantastic position to venues and food outlets. »

We had a great time the rooms were relatively quiet compared to other motel experiences and the comfort was very good for two. W requested milk to go with our beverage condiments but sadly it never came. We did confirm the room number twice. Luckily we knew there was a convenience store only around the corner. The breakfast offered was great especially to get the choice of 3 levels. Our room was lovely and comfortable for the short times we spent in it and the view was appreciated for us non city people. The staff were helpful and directions given to venues were very accurate.

« The AC was not working for the two nights I stayed with no solution offered, not happy. »

« Very comfortable for a short stay »

Did e press on line check in but when arrived staff member had called another guest over from normal check In just in front of us. So instead of being express we had to wait till she had completed a normal check in . I had chosen express so we could go straight over to ANZ stadium for game and because I am disabled can't stand long . This was a downside to the stay

Our time spent in your hotel was brief, checked in and checked out, the bed was comfortable and there was a shower. Trying to get the parking ticket into the machine at the carpark was the challenge. It was all about the location.

« Generally ok but some areas needed to improve. »

Overall fine, but lower ground lobby needed cleaning, rubbish lay on the floor for 4 days before being removed but the floor had not had a decent mopping in even longer. The bar closing at 9pm on a Saturday night was very early.

Good location,complementary drinks helped while waiting to check in- understand it's a very busy hotel. Wasn't treated by friendly staff when checking out- especially for an Accor member. Again understand it is very busy but feeling like you're a burden wasn't very nice. Overall, nice room and I would stay there again

« They get the job done. »

I was thankful for Ibis' proximity to the Qudos Bank Arena and the train station. After a long tiring day, you just want to rest your feet as soon as possible. I was thankful that I was able to check in earlier than the check-in time of 2PM. However, I got frustrated with the key card a bit and wish it came with instructions so it wouldn't be a struggle to enter my room. And I wish WiFi was free in every room. But other than that, I was satisfied with my stay. I enjoyed the options offered at the breakfast buffet the morning after.
