Beautiful clean rooms with beds like clouds, great service.lovely restaurant and bar area, reasonably priced and in walking distance of Qudos Bank Arena and Acer Arena. There is also some take away food chains in close proximity.

First night was horrendous.Management were amazing.We were placed on a floor with a group school kids.As it turned out they were left unsupervised and, from our recollection the noise of banging doors constantly and running up and down hallways and general unruly behavior,began about 9.30pm.After a call to the manager around midnight we believe they were spoken to and seemed to quieten down for maybe 1/2 hour 45mins then started again.We rang management again and were moved to another room around 1.30 am. Again I commend management and night staff because they did all they could for us but I feel for future customer service consideration should go into where groups of children are placed in regards to other patrons.

Noisy of a night, doors opening and shutting. Heard someone urinating early morning in their toilet next door. Room and bathroom had no bin whatsoever, I had to use one of the linen bags and hang on the door to utilise as a bin. Towels smelt like smoke, cigarette smoke. Was ok for 1 night stay, but wouldn’t stay any longer and would take own towels if went again.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. My bed was comfortable .Pity I didn't have a pullout bed for my 9 year old Foster Son, but I had to take what I could on short notice. Breakfast was delicious and my foster son loved the complimentary ice blocks. Thank you for letting me leave my car longer as I had to take my boy to be classified for Multi Class Swimming.He has mild Cerebal Palsy.Hopefully will be back if he makes it to State Swimming

There was initially an issue with my booking but the lady checking me in could not have been more helpful. She got onto the booking company who I originally booked with to help get everything shorted with a refund for the incorrect date booked and then to find a room to book for that night. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet is also remarkable. The location of the hotel is also good, just 3-5 min walk to the train station and just 40 min away from CBD.

The front office staff were pleasant however the restaurant staff were terrible. I was having a lunchtime meeting with other co-workers and when ordered lunch and showed my room key and gave my name over for the account to be posted to my room - the waitperson questioned me as to if I was telling the truth about my name. So much so that I offered to produce my drivers' licence to demonstrate that I was who I claimed to be - It was very embarrassing At breakfast the music was so loud I couldn't talk to the person who was having breakfast with me - finally, someone complained and it was turned down - It felt like we were at a night club.
