I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last six months and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. My only disappointment is that when I went to make my next two future bookings the room price had doubled and then tripled for the days I required. This is blatant gouging and I will not be booking again.

Noisy, room service left dirty glasses in the room, the towels smelt like smoke, trays left at the lift. We were kept awake both nights by the other tenant

Service was OK. Air conditioning in room was not working very well. Used room service trays were left near the elevator for more that 5 hours and it was a royal mess and very unpleasant to look at as we walked out of our room each time.

It was a Birthday gift for my mothers 79th she loves the Tennis, We will definitely be back to stay at Ibis Sydney Olympic Park. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early, which enabled us to leave our bags and head straight off to the Sydney International Tennis, it was perfect to be able to walk back to our room and freshen up for the night matches. We will be back next year.

The only problems I had were my TV remote didn't work however the front desk arranged for a worker to fix the problem quickly which I was very satisfied with. The second problem involved a leak in my room near the air conditioner. I want to make a special mention of Fiorella (I think I've got the name right) who immediately had a technician sent up to investigate and confirm there was a leak from a pipe. Fiorella arranged for a new room to be provided for which I was very satisfied with. The reason the TV remote and the leak were a minor inconvenience was due to the prompt service from the front desk especially Fiorella whose professionalism minimise the inconvenience to a minor one. Therefore I can say all in all it was a great 3 days. I'll be back.

« We had some issues but the staff went out of their way to look after us. »

We had a bad night because our air con fell over. The next morning the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They got us another room to rest in, brekkie and took care of parking. They also refunded our room charge, You could not have asked for more. Great effort Ibis!

Overall satisfactory However, my wife was shocked to the point of wanting to leave when she Spotted the dust on the carpet and skirting board as well the missing grout and signs of leaking and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Bed was clean an comfortable but the housekeeping needs to go up to another level. Staff generally were really very nice. Professional and friendly.

Clean & tidy but the AC was down low and the room was extremely hot. Our friends on level 1 also has been he same experience. On a 40 deg day with not windows it was not nice.

Didn’t clean up my room one of the days. Went down to reception to request new towels and inform her of the situation. She did not even apologise. Just shakes her head and took my request. Not too sure what that means....

Great value for money. It is clean, good sized rooms and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We parked our car in the parking and caught the train around which is very close by.Wine glasses in the rooms would be good though.
