Hotel was clean, service was very friendly and professional, and the property is located only a few blocks from Rittenhouse Square. It's close to parks, restaurants, shopping, business and more. People couldn't be more service oriented.

It was mostly good. A couple of snafus that were undesirable. I ordered room service as soon as I checked in, I was told that it would be up soon (a salad & soup and a bottle of prosecco). It took over an hour and then I had to rush to eat so I made it to my concert on time but I was actually late and missed an act I wanted to see. However, the room service deliverer apologized for how late it was. I didn’t complain. That night, I had a great time at the hotel bar talking to Chris and Joe. Chris is my favorite employee you have there. Then I ordered breakfast the next morning, I ordered spinach eggs Benedict. When I received the eggs, they were poached to a medium. Not desirable. Overall not terrible but not great.

When I go and work at our Philadelphia office, I always stay at the Sofitel. From the moment I arrive with the gracious and welcoming outside concierge, to Elyn, Larissa and Chris at the bar. Btw Elyn and Larissa know my food and beverage order now. To the lovely front desk concierge it is a pleasurable experience. Chloe checked on me throughout my entire week stay to ensure I was having a pleasurable experience. They have the best bed in the world and have nice turn down options. It's my home away from home/

Everything was great except for two things. First, I would have liked to have a mini fridge in the room rather than a mini bar. I had brought leftovers from dinner back to my room thinking I had a space for them only to have to throw them away due to a lack of refrigeration option. Second, the coffee in the room was terrible. It was burnt, low quality coffee that wasn't remedied by the coffee in the restaurant, which also tasted burnt. These two things are relatively minor overall, and I would stay in your hotel again but this time I would get breakfast and coffee elsewhere and make sure to finish my dinner at the restaurant.

My husband and I were very happy to be staying at the Sofitel Hotel again. The room we were given was very lovely with a bedroom and an outer suite with a desk, tv and couch. I have to compliment you on your check-in process. It could not have been nicer or more prompt. Our waiter in the bar was able to give us a ton of great restaurant recommendations for dinner. The only issue we had was that our floors seem to have been polished with some weird wax. They were incredibly slippery and could be dangerous for older people. As it was our feet were slipping in our shoes and you could see our feet marks all over the floor. Thanks.
