« It was beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. »

I enjoyed having the water and the coffee machine in the room and a fridge. The bathroom and towels were perfect but I don't use shower gel and I wanted bar soap for the shower but none was stocked, only small soap for the sink. The hairdryer was appreciated and worked well. The pillows were very nice and the temperature in the room was perfect. The flowers in the lobby were beautiful. The doorbell was very convenient.

The hotel has a great ambience, staff are efficient and the service is good. The location is very central. It has a lovely garden and outside bar space and the restaurant is excellent. The rooms on the 5th floor are rather small but quite adequate for a S. stay.

I have stayed at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam multiple times for business purposes and always shared with my wife and kids how beautiful your hotel is. I brought my wife and 2 teenagers in my last visit to your beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful time. Our 2 connecting rooms were spotless and very comfortable. All restaurants had very slow service. The terrace had a very limited menu. The main restaurant we had the taste menu for 13 people and we had one of the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
