« A comfortable and relaxing stay »

Clean and well maintained room; friendly, competent and efficient staff, and a good and well run breakfast area. Staff always willing to please and professional and courteous. Location is excellent being halfway between two tube stations on different lines, a bus stop almost outside the door and a good after breakfast walk across the Millennium Bridge to the St Pauls area. Globe and Tate Modern within 5 minutes.

The room had no heat and was very cold. 19. I tried to use the thermostat but was told by the front desk it wouldn’t come on before 10pm. I was finally given a space heater to warm up the room. I had just flown internationally that morning and really needed to sleep.

The hotel lobby area looks brilliant. Rooms underwhelming. Horrible stain on the office desk chair (room 324) walls battered and scuffed with marks. Although bathroom appeared more updated than the rooms. Room temperature extremely hot, couldn’t get the fans to below 22 degrees. Breakfast underwhelming. Both ordered from the breakfast menu. Both occasions the food was delayed and we had to ask the server. Omelette overcooked. Eggs benedict very bland. If staying in this area of London again we would not stay in or recommend this hotel.

The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good with enough options for a healthy meal. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. We had issues with the shower: the rainshower head needed cleaning, many of the nozzles were fully or partially blocked, several were sending the water out at an angle rather than straight down; there was nowhere to afix the other shower head if you wished to use that for a shower. The towels were small, thin and scratchy - not what i would expect in a hotel of this standard. I found the music in the reception area to be too loud.

Extremely comfortable bed in a quiet, well appointed room. Fun, modern chic style throughout the hotel. Tasty and varied breakfast options, served till 11:30 on weekends! Excellent location. Exceptionally friendly and prompt service. The hotel gym was tiny, but there are two great gyms within a block or two that I used instead. (Not included with the hotel fee, but very convenient to the hotel.) I would absolutely come back!

First stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel has a good ambiance and the rooms are a decent size, very clean and well equipped. We were in a superior room. « Central location, spacious family room, delicious breakfast »

We came to London to visit friends on the weekend and stayed in a spacious family room with our 2 toddlers. The hotel is well located and easy to find. We had a delicious breakfast and not having to pay for the kids is a big plus for the family budget. All staff we met were friendly and helpful and we were impressed with their language skills! We ll certainly come back, if we re in the area.

« GREAT EXPERIENCE AND AMAZING STAFF »

My family and me stay in the hotel for a couple of days and I have to say that the experience was amazing. We were absolutely surprised with your "trainees" in reception desk: Davide and Sam. Honestly, we never have seen new staff that polite, experienced and professional. Both of them helped us in a few occasions and always with a big smile in their faces. As my family don't speak fluent English, Davide was doing his best to communicate with them in our language. I have to say that he was really good at it. He make a few jokes and my family ended up liking him a lot. We will be back at the hotel definitely and not for the building itself but for your amazing staff that make us feel completely welcome and feel as at home. Definitely, this make the difference. Thanks for you amazing hospitality.

« Perfect location in Londen, nice hotel also with children! Kind employees! »

The employees were very kind to help. My children, 2 boys of 8 and 11 years had a great time. Restaurant was closed but we could order everything and eat in the lounge. After long day in Londen my sons were happy the could eat in the hotel. Very good breakfast also!
