Room smelled like mould even after I opened the window. Bathroom was old. Bathtub was not really clean. Design of the room itself was not up the the level of other M Gallery hotels.

The staff is good, they try to help. The hotel itself is not a 4 star hotel by far. Dark, stale, dated, and uncomfortable. wifi service does not reach the rooms. Breakfast is OK, doesn't match with other MGallery properties.

All staff were extremely helpful to assist to make my first visit to Rabat city a very pleasant one. The hotel location made exploring the city easy. The room appears recently updated which was a pleasant surprise. The on-site restaurant has good offering at a good price. However, the breakfast offering could use some improvements.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, we felt as if we were part of the family. Staff was so helpful and very kind! Ismail (front desk) was absolutely amazing to deal with, Aisha (the cleaning lady) was the sweetest woman we met at the hotel, and Khalid (security man) went out of his way late at night and walked us to our destination waited with us for a couple of minutes and walked us back to the hotel. I have never been so impressed with a hotel's staff. Thank you for giving me the best birthday ever. I know if I ever return to Rabat, I would only stay at your hotel.

During check-in, I was accomodate in room N#407, but matress found damaged and the door safety locker not working, so I did request a room change. The staff quickly and personally managed it succesfully. Once in my new room, I can only confirm a perfect stay. Thanks.

The hotel rooms were dirty and smelled. The pillows reeked or perspiration. The AC did not work and my phone did not work in my room. I was not even left a card for ordering breakfast with any regularity . A even smellier air freshener box was outside my door and had a sickening strong odor. The staff at front desk tried very hard to be accommodating on other matters relating to taxis and practical tips. I opted not to complain as I do not get the impression the staff was resources to address my concerns.

I was checked-in to a room where the A/C was broken and after several calls to the FD, I was moved to another room in the same floor. Mahmoud at the FD and Halima (? Housekeeping Supervisor) were very helpful. Once in the new room, there was no coffee cup for the espresso, no water glass in the bathroom even though there was a holder and the bathrobe sleeves were tattered. Considering that you are one of the best rated hotels in Rabat, my experience was not indicative of this rating. The croissants at the buffet breakfast were good, however if you came at 9am, the tables were not cleared and food was not replenished even though I was informed that the buffet breakfast was available until 10. Lastly, FD had no change for even 100 or 200 dirham. I was told flatly by the male receptionist that he had no change, no effort to ask another cashier. And then the supervisor came out and had the audacity to tell me that they needed a score of 10 for my review which I felt was so inappropriate to ask.
