« Disappointing »

I was checked-in to a room where the A/C was broken and after several calls to the FD, I was moved to another room in the same floor. Mahmoud at the FD and Halima (? Housekeeping Supervisor) were very helpful. Once in the new room, there was no coffee cup for the espresso, no water glass in the bathroom even though there was a holder and the bathrobe sleeves were tattered. Considering that you are one of the best rated hotels in Rabat, my experience was not indicative of this rating. The croissants at the buffet breakfast were good, however if you came at 9am, the tables were not cleared and food was not replenished even though I was informed that the buffet breakfast was available until 10. Lastly, FD had no change for even 100 or 200 dirham. I was told flatly by the male receptionist that he had no change, no effort to ask another cashier. And then the supervisor came out and had the audacity to tell me that they needed a score of 10 for my review which I felt was so inappropriate to ask.

The staff did not greet us when we arrived and was not very helpful. The AC doesn‘t work properly and the room was very very damp. Damp bedsheets and had a smell.

« Nice hotel in central Rabat »

We had two Junior Suites. Each had a very comfortable double bed, ample bathroom with separate toilet, and reasonably sized living area. There may have been a shortage of irons at the hotel as one was delivered within 2 hours of being requested, however the other took repeated requests over 4 days to arrive. In one room the safe worked perfectly, in the other room, the safe was broken and remained broken for the duration of stay. Air-conditioning never seemed to get particularly cold (we visited in August). Apart from the iron and safe, staff seemed very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman in charge of the bar. I recommend the L'Brasserie Restaurant for both food and service.

Staff very friendly and polite. I liked that they had fresh drinks and small bites for guests at the lobby. Parts of the carpet in the room were not very clean as well as the walls in the bathroom but everything else was good.

Always appreciate the vegan options at the breakfast buffet, esp. the plant milks, so would love if the restaurant/brasserie had more vegetarian/vegan dishes. the only hiccup was the taxi, booked at the reception to go the airport was 15 mins late

All the staff worked hard to accommodate me, from changing rooms because the tub conditions in the first room were not good, to finding me a proper room, getting me an iron, and helping me with taxis. They always did everything with great pleasure and speed.

« Not good at all »

As a platinum le club Accor member, I was really treated like the guest who accidentally ended up in the hotel. No clue to how welcoming normal guest or distinguished guest. I booked a junior suite . On top of not offering an upgrade, they gave me a junior suite on the first floor facing the street and we couldn’t sleep at night nor on the morning due to the cars and motorbikes noises. Bad choice. I literally felt I was an 2 stars hotel. The odor of the habitation or the carpet were not fresh at all. We paid 200 euro per night to a hotel that should cost around 55 euro.
