Everything about the hotel was great except... the rooms ! All the common areas, the breakfast, the service at all touch points, the location... all that was really good. Sadly, when you enter the room, you get that old school style, without any mountain feel, a dated bathroom (still having to shower in a bath tub !). Not the level of a 4*.

Super place for Evening, Dinner and stayover before hitting the slopes at St Lary

Reception staff super nice and friendly/efficient. Room Super, comfy bed, happy for the coffee machine. Dinner ( Mountain winter Buffet) was perfect, really super great restaurant staff , and an oustanding idea and quality for the dinner. Comfy bar zone by the fireplace to watch the Rugby. Great Breakfast buffet. So close to the Telecabins for an early ski start in the morning. All in all, super, and thanks to the hotel staff.

The hotel facilities and restaurant were one of the best where we’ve stayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticisms we have is that the toilet in the bedroom was very small, while the bathroom was spacious. In addition, why does a four star hotel provide such narrow and thin toilet paper, which necessitates clients using much more sheets of paper. Surely this is a false economy and unnecessary irritation for clients!
