The reception staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and very capable of dealing with groups of people. Housekeeping is very efficient and quick to respond to requests, and the Maintenance Team superquick and solution oriented! We always come in groups on business trips and it makes our stays easy and smooth, and creates the space to relax in between business meetings.

Wooow for a change not even a faint smell of cigarettes smoke. Had a great peaceful sleep. The breakfast though was a great let down. There was simply no choice. For R165 surely one can get a great breakfast, externally. If you have pork sausages then beef sausages should be an option.

We enjoyed every minute in the hotel. Once one of the ladies left her handbag behind and it was returned to us. The second time jewellery was left in safe and we were found and the item returned. The shuttle service and the drivers were very good. The administration needs to be upgraded as they could not find our payments and also the rooms we not booked properly but eventually sorted out after a call.

Good Day The bed linen was very clean, room cleanliness average, noise pollution/private was below average, menu was very limiting therefore I would rate it below average, lifts were not working without any Potters. Not good. Given a disability room - such a room SHOULD not be given to a regular guest. If that is the last room available, then be honest and indicate no availability; Cockroaches in Room 102 - unhygienic and uncomfortable to sleep; issue was pointed out to reception on 23/10/2019, but no response to date. Shower water flowed and wet entire bathroom

Upon arrival at 11pm, the guy at front desk was quite rude and gave me a hard time about my booking. He first said I did not have a booking, and when he eventually found it said there is no proof of payment so I can’t check-in. Eventually after 30 minutes I got the room key, The rooms are old, smelly and the air con does not work. The room had a very cheap hair dryer that was burnt out. I will never stay here again

I could have given a 1, but Phuloso rescuers the situation. He was amazing in serving me and did all he can to assist. As a disabled person, I clearly indicated that I needed to be in a disabled room. But its was taken. Apparently you have only one in the hotel. Phuloso totally took time and concentrated on me and found me another accommodation at another place. When he finally found accommodation for me after many failed attempts, when was on the way he even called me to make sure I am okay and reached the place. This is the second time I book at this hotel to find the room book having indicated. The last time it was used as a storage. I request that you add more disabled rooms to you hotels. Even if they are not booked most of the times, they should be there when needed. It just tells me you do not have a consideration for the disabled. I will check again in 2 months, I hope the situation will be corrected. Do not neglect the disabled. I really thank Phuloso for his amazing excellent service to me. He was patient and really calmed me down.
