It was not great It is not wht I was expecting and the pictures we see online it was amazing. When when get to the hotel very disappointed. From reception no porter or someone to help with luggage. I mean we could TIP them. The extra blanket in the room the quality it very bad. No ROPES , NO even disposable sleepers. And the sticker tht says DO NOT DISTURB or CLEAN UP MY ROOM. need to make ur booking to include BREAKFAST not to pay extra for breakfast. Not coming back to stay THERE

« Pleasant experience since my last visit. »

Reception were cordial and the check in was very efficient. Room was clean and tidy Breakfast was not great - Bacon and other offering was cold and the crousants and muffins were not fresh - could be covered by a cloth to keep warm and fresh!!!

It was nice to stayed there ,Nice thing about staying at Mercure Hotel advantage its next to the Mall after you knock off work you can go to the Mall and do your personal stuff with your time. another thing they must upgrade their channels for TVs, channel that can keep us busy like other hotels. even the aircon wasn't work proper because its winter now we are feel cold

Very disappointing to be honest. The only good thing was a check in & check out process, the rest was a mess. Please value customers. Rooms not up to the standard of a hotel. You use a bath tube in the water and it's not replaced the following day. No ice machine Channels on the tv, no mzansi magic, enca/sabc news, no radio stations options

Nothing major to complain. Some thins are bit worn. Cleaning and laundry services excelent. Breakfast good, some times items missing, but everything served was good. Desk and bar services (ELVIS) working great as always. One night at middle of the night my neighbor was "moving in". Loud noises over 1 hour moving heavy backs and speaking a aloud. Some nights sounds from cars / loud music woke me up.

i really enjoyed my stay. everything was in order. everything was okay, the room was tidy and the breakfast was good as well. however I was disadvantaged when I realized that there is no wifi to help me work during the night.
