We just wanted a hotel where we can relax after shopping and vacationing in Nelspruit. The fact that it is close to Illanga Mall and that it is quiet and private makes us come to Nelspruit.

Do not know where to start, but seeing a Mall outside my hotel gate pleased me so much. Therefore coming to the reception was something pleasing more with warm welcoming from Ntate Joe, thank you my brother keep it up. The room 504 around the reception filled with all my necessity made me live, eat, watch and stay as if I was on holidays. If I put it in one word I can only say all was HUNKY-DORY. I was not told that the geyser was off I had to shower with look warm water in the morning, it would have been good to be told at reception that the geyser was switched off to save electricity and I have to be told to switch it upon checking in.

Rooms did not have glassware and teaspoons. Breakfast was great with awesome staff. Front desk personnel on the morning of our departure had no manners. Spoke to Karin who listened our suggestions. Ashed to speak to Nisha, who was in a very long meeting, so we asked her to call but she never did. Our business brings us back to Nelspruit but we are undecided whether Mercure is an option as the manager seems disinterested.
