« OK - not amazing but also not terrible ! »

OK - clean rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, friendly and professional staff, breakfast and dinner experience was good. Downside - wifi a bit slow, breakfast teabags not replaced each day (I'm English so maybe more of a problem for me), the fire alarm kept going off = I had to evacuate unnecessarily . And finally the heating control in the room did not seem to work so was a little cold . But overall I would still recommend the hotel to others.

Good location, quiet, carpark locked at night. Friendly reception. Large room, , small refrigerator with Evian water. Kettle with tea & coffee, most welcome. Amelie or may be Amina was very friendly and helpful in breakfast room. Gluten free rolls were provided for me and there was hot food as well as the usual buffet. Definitely a hotel to revisit.

WELCOME WAS REALLY FINE. BUT OVERALL HOTEL IS REALLY OLD, and amenities in the room not up to a 4 star hotel: no soap, or any other toilet products. bed linen was very cheap. towels as well. I was really surprised

I stayed only one night and it would have been very good if the central heating had not been switched off. We are in May, in France, not in some tropical island and the room was very cold. I informed reception and the answer I got was to "jump under the blanket"..... I'm glad I was staying just one night. Other than that the rest was good (cleanness, staff, etc.)

We know that the weather was not the same on march and firsts days of april very hot (the guests asked for the clim), and very cold (snow at low altitude) during may... We cannot change at the requirement : the system need an intervention of an outside company which wasn't available to works on demand. « Short overnight stay at Mercure Meylan »

A small group of ours arrived late at night. The check-in was quick and we got rooms (reserved in advance) with no problems. Had some issues with our flight but we did not inform hotel about very late arrival so the bookings were cancelled by your system. This made a short delay to check-in as the reservations needed to be done again (in case reservation is confirmed by credit card maybe the 1st night of the reservation should not be cancelled at all). Room was nice and breakfast was also OK.

As a business traveler I found it quite frustrating not being able to get on to the internet with a consistent & strong connection. I would work for short stretches of time then would stop working.

The hotel by itself is fine, easily accessible , etc. But as holiday travelers, passing by and heading for the South, we were unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the restaurant was closed during the weekend. This should have been clearly mentioned while booking. On our request for some tips and advice for a fine restaurant in the area, the only answer we got at the reception desk was: "Just drive into town, there's plenty of opportunities."

The information is communicated on our various websites and on our signature email.
