Great location, the staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. I would just change the hairdryer... it's horrible! Also, when we were coming back at night - it took a while for the team to open the door.

ok; but a complain I ACCOMPANIED MY 2 KIDS TO BREAKFAST AND I CLEARLY TOLD THE LADY IN CHARGE I WAS JUST ACCOMPANYING. LATER ON 4 BREAKFAST WERE INVOICED. WHEN ONLY A DAUGHTER OF 16 AND A KID OF 9 TOOK BREAKFAST/ MY WIFE DID NOT BECAUSE WAS SICK IN ROOM AND I DO NEVER TAKE BREAKFAST I RELAIZED LATER WHEN COMING FOR THE LUGGAGE AND I SAW THE PANEL WITH PRICES. WHEN I PAID BEFORE I THOUGHT WAS TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE BUT I DID NOT KNOW THE PRICE BESIDE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE

« Good Hotel in a good location »

The hotel was easy to find from the Gard du Nord, areas has nice restaurants and is easy to get to the major tourist sites of Paris. Our rooms were in the, I think, older part of the hotel. 4 rooms on each floor. Decent sized room with everything you need. The sound proofing of the rooms wasn't great, you could hear other people moving around. Not enough to spoil things for us but something to be aware of. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff.

« Nice room, great location. »

I enjoyed my first stay in an Ibis hotel. The room was bigger than I expected but that might have been because it was a handicapped accessible room (we are not handicapped). The location was great, right in the middle of a busy intersection with lots of restaurants around and easy access to the Seine.

Room clean and functional, very good value for money. Beds comfortable, shower good. Only negative is that the paint at the back of the wardrobe in our room (403) is rather the worse for wear and needs going over.

« Confortable stay in a great location »

Very good - location excellent for tourism and business (my trip was a mixture of both) conveniently located for the Gare du Nord & Est and metro/RER. The local area is easy walk to many sights and the local area is lively with very wide range of restaurants. Hotel was clean and comfortable and price was very good.

« Extremely small, expensive »

Small room, no view, extremely noisy air conditioning. Extremely expensive given location, rooms and overall comfort. Staff was however very friendly. Also, I had to pay in advance, which is rare, and my Accorhotels status was not taken into account. A very disappointing experience.

« Poor service »

I book a classic room and was told that I am not entitled to hand towels or tissue box. Saw the chambermaid and requested for a hand towel and was told you are not entitled ! No shower cap, nor basic amenities in the toilet.
