It was so good to have a quiet room and excellent staff after the lack of help and unfriendly staff at Zurich airport.

We had 5 nights in the hotel, the people on reception were very kind! One huge minus is the breakfast - 5mornings the same without any change! We are vegetarians as well and not much choice. Also we booked two separate beds, and in our room were two beds in one without space to separate them.

Pleasant basic room with comfy bed and a great view from the fifth floor. Very clean. Brekfast is good, the mini-croissants are to die for. Friendly staff, check-in and check-out done quickly and seamlessly.

We had a long day and asked for quiet room, but the room was one floor above where the garbage was collected and dumped at 6:30 am, Zurich was having a bit of a hot spell and the air con didn't really work, and the room smelt quite mouldy (esp the washroom).

« It was very hot and the air refresher system could not handle it. Staff provided a fan. »

First, the staff was great! Check in was difficult even with preregistering since we arrived at the same time as a tour and, instead of asking the tour to go to a different part of the lobby to get their bookings, they were in front of the desk. The room was hot but the staff provided a fan. When I was booking the shuttle to the airport in the morning the staff informed me that there was a charge! I showed them the home page of the hotel's web site where there was no mention of a charge and said the false advertising was fraud. They provided me with a pass. Accor needs to correct this. If there is a charge for something, say so. Don't hide it.

Very fewer facilities were available. We have paid and booked two airport shuttle but the staff at the reception did forward us to the wrong bus which leads to Milan Ital when we return back to the reception the airport shuttle had left already. We paid again for a taxi and went back to the airport

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. As the climate was hot, the ventilation or air conditioners in the hotel was a huge relief. Overall amenities were good. The shuttle to airport was also an added advantage.

Good free transfer from the airport, good clean hotel. Air conditioning in room was a life saver as temperature in Zurich was hot. Garden area at the back was nice to sit in & enjoy meals. Breakfast really good, & plentiful. Tram not far, with links into the centre. Area quiet & very clean. Loved our stay. Thankyou

« Really bad! »

I stayed in your hotel for one night 25th to 26th of June 2019 - room number 7. The room itself was not nice at all - really old and poor environment. The bath and especially the shower was awful. The bed was awful as well, because too soft and - probably - very old mattress. The reception was very loud and a good conversation was not possible. In additional to this - when I looked outside I saw the environment from a kindergarden - which is ok in general, but I could not open the curtain, so no light from outside. I could not open the window in general - not even a little bit. I saw heating pipes installed visible - which indicates a very old and poor setup. I am OK with this kind of standard for very low cost prize. However, I paid over 200 CHF for one night, witch is not acceptable at all.

Quiet room. Nice staff. Close to Messe and not so far from downtown. Well... Hotels are expensive in Switzerland so I can't say anything for Quality to Price ratio. Room a little bit small for me. Air conditionning not strong enough for the 35 °C outside but I think it was an un-expected temperature.

As soon as we reached found our there's no water, no problem it was for 2 hours only , headed to the room after a tiring journey, the room was claustrophobic No air came out of the fan vents so opened a window it was too noisy slept through the afternoon woke up for dinner decided to have food at the restaurant excitedly ordered fish fillet with vegetables and a burger a hamburger as soon as the fish arrived it smelled horrible not the way that fish should smell I would know because it's not my first time eating fish as I communicated this to the server he casually does me that it's fish and it has to smell bad for it to be fish he came back with my food a couple minutes later and he told me that the chef is also said it's Absolutely Fresh I told him that it smells so bad that I cannot imagine eating another bite of it so he just laid on the table and walked off by now I was in no mood to order another food I had the tomato soup before this and that was perfectly fine but this is not the kind of service that I would expect I left the food as it was and not even half the cost of it was it is from erased le I paid full price for food that I did not take a second bite of it wasn't even offered to be changed, and I went hungry to sleep the claustrophobia was getting to me and my partner it was a horrible state noisy night with the bus and Travellers all under the building making all kinds of noises I did not sleep a wink and I will think 10 times before booking another Ibis anywhere else in the world.

Convenient stay near airport. Free airport shuttle pick up - every hour / half hour depending on time. Airport drop also available (chargeable). 15 min walk to Oerlikon train station. Shopping area near here. Indian restaurant 10 min. walk. Comfortable bed, good size room. Also restaurant. Overall nice stay

« Great for an airport stay »

I arrived by train at the Airport. And got the shuttle to the hotel. Check in was quick and pleasant. The room was comfortable for one person, quiet, and very clean. I had booked dinner and breakfast when I made my reservation. Unfortunately, the service at dinner was very slow, especially since I was the only guest dining at the time. Dinner started at 6pm and I came down about 6:30. One person was finishing at the time. I spent about 2 hours, mostly waiting. Breakfast started at 4:30am, which is great for those on a tight schedule. Shuttle service is about a 15 minute ride. Pickup from the Airport is free, but is 4 Swiss francs to the Airport. Still a great bargain compared to a taxi. All in all, a very nice, convenient stay.
