Great position and service. Highly recommend, especially to families with kids...Rooms are comfortable and clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is great, everyone could found what one like..

It was realy nice.My doughter was charmed with coton toys which she got on the beginning. Biliar pool and jacuzzi are big plus too.

« Disappointing »

I was disappointed with my stay this time as the pillows in the rooms were quite lumpy and not big enough for the size of the beds. I also ordered some fries for dinner one night and they were cold, it looked like that they were taken from the buffet and not made fresh.

Pillows very uncomfortable, lumpy, small and in cases that were far too big. Restaurant poor, some food cold when it should have been hot, some bread and the burger bun stale. Staff in restaurant not very nice and not helpful. Very poor selection of food for vegetarians.

Everything was perfectly prepared, the room view was amazing, staff in each department was kind and helpful. Breakfast can be chosen from various options. Rooms are silent, no noise from corridor or from other rooms.

Your hotel is lovely. Staying with you was a perfect way to end our trip in Europe. Most especially, however, was the help that Gregor at the reception desk gave us. We are seniors and are not computer savvy so having him not only get us checked in for our flights home, but printing our boarding passes, was a HUGE RELIEF. He was thoughtful and seemed happy to help us. We really appreciated him and that's the feeling we will have about our stay at the Novotel Szeged.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, front desk personnel was kind and assertive. The only negative point would be extremely loud music that was playing till 4 am on Saturday evening, we stayed in room 508 and it was a bit hard to sleep, other than that everything was to a satisfactory level.

« The hotel room could have been a sauna »

I complained that the room was much too warm. The answer was to turn on the Air Conditioning on the wall. Which I did. => And the room got even warmer. The room contained multiple warnings not to open the windows/doors to keep insects out. When I left and complained again, I was told that the AC was in heating mode for the whole hotel, and using it would only increase the heat problem. A BIT LATE for that info.

« Friendly and helpful staff, but noisy room »

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is very clean and nicely placed for all amenities. I would not recommend the suite though. The bedrooms in the suites were a clever use of the space next to the lift shaft. Not too bad in October with not many hotel guests, but would be a big problem in high season with a full hotel.
