Mercure hotel in ISMAILIYA is my favorite place , when I reached I was received by a very friendly staff, very helpful, smiling , doing their best to make the check in procedures very short and also Check out. The room is very clean and elegant, the resturant is very good with distinguished lake view. Shortly it is a very nice place to relaxation and enjoying vacation time.

The staff was a great and helpful, the required room was assigned. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The quality of Lanshon (looks like a traditional brand, contain a lot of small fractures of bones) not meet my expectations make me have to leave it and just drink a Nescafe, also variety of bread (White bread not exist). At all service very good except the quality of Lanshon and fractures bones Other hotels bring very famous brands such as Halwani, Atyab, for sure the Lanshon served non of them. Hope next time to find better brand and have a full breakfast. Thanks.

it was not good enough for a big name like Mercure I thought it will be good but there are few points as below 1- There is no room services , When I returned to the room , I found it as I left . 2- I was staying in the second floor with the Saudi team , I made a complaint 2 times because they left their sportswear next to and in front of my room In a bad view but unfortunately I did not find response .

I stay at the Mercure Forsan Island regularly. The staff is always super helpful and tries to make every stay nice. The one thing that would really make our stays nicer is more attention to the cleanliness of each room and also the hallways outside the rooms. The sheets and towels should be washed in bleach between each guest stay, the mirrors need to be wiped down so there are not hand prints and drops of stuff on them, the floors need to be properly vacuumed (move the furniture, under the beds, etc.) and the bathroom floor and showers need to be properly cleaned so there is no hair on the floors/stuck in the drain. The rooms also really need a remodel (except the 4th floor, which I have never stayed on but understand it has been updated). The furniture in the rooms needs to be updated so it is not crooked and wobbly, the carpeting also really needs to be replaced because there are stains all over it, and the bathrooms need updating so the shower bars do not fall of the wall, etc.

The hotel is in a great position along Temsah lake but needs better use of its potentials. My main reservation about this hotel is the cleanliness of the open areas of the hotel, the chairs around the pool are covered with birds dropping reflecting absence of regular cleaning, scattered rubbish are present in the grass area next to the beach. I think the management should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel in the open areas and some of the staff are below expected standard in international hotels The room was comfortable with lovely view of the lake, breakfast was good and the swimming pool was of good size.
