The most friendly and warmest welcome I’ve ever had in a Accor-hotel. Thanks to Fanta and Virgiene. They welcome me and my colleagues the most friendly way. Explain us the hotel and benefits. They were also so helpful to open the Crewlounge. Also the employees in the breakfast-room next morning were soooo friendly and nice. The bed is like a Sofitel-bed, the room more than cleaned and fresh. It was one of my best stay in an ACCOR-Hotel. Thank you very much

I want to make it clear, this is not a negative review. We enjoyed our stay, it just didn't 'wow' me like many other Accor properties have in the past (and subsequent to this stay too). The room was quite nice and we were upgraded (which was appreciated). There was no welcome note or gift, though the welcome drink was good and the barman was great, as was the lady who checked us in. The iced water at reception was very welcome.

As usual, short stay for business, I appreciate the welcoming staff, efficient check-in/out and flexibility. Short but good night followed by delicious breakfast, best way to be ready early morning. Very good service in general. nice location not far from shops, The breakfast offers a large choice of food. I recommend. I had the possibilty to leave until 2pm. Which is very good when you have a late flight.

Check in and check out experience was good I didn't particularly enjoy my breakfast experience. The service was not very good with little to no attention paid to guests. Further, I ordered scrambled eggs, both times it was terribly cold. I ended up eating at my workplace. Also, the 24 hour room service menu could please include some more snack options... maybe even a plate of French fries..or a simple sandwich/ burger. Room wise I got a complimentary upgrade - so thank you. It was nice and comfortable.
