good location, many eating options, tram in front, room spacious and refurbished, not noisy, air cond is functioning properly, water pressure is good, drop off and pick up location is on little burke st can be a busy at times.

« Not bad while the alterations are on! »

The new rooms are very good - made less expensive I think due to the alterations, thank you. The entrances are a bit messy and the main foyer was being worked on making access quite tight. I was woken by hammering about 8am on a weekday morning (after watching most of a world cup match) so taht wasn't too bad. All in all it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

From the moment I arrived, until it was time to leave - the staff went over and above to ensure that I had everything I needed. The Kingsize room was Amazing with a view down Swanston Street, lots of room, clean & tidy and the added bonus of a coffee machine!!

Our experience was great with good service from all staff engaged. Little concerned at what appeared to be a fight at 5am in the drop off area when what appeared to be some guests leaving.

As always, the tap water may be safe, but reminds me of Indonesia. LOOK carefully and you will see it is not 100% clear. I have seen this 3 times from different rooms. The staff never seems to do anything about it. Swapped for Citadines now.
