Even if with a lot of smiles and attention, staff must be trained better especially at the breakfast area. Managing information and problems such as juices out of date, improper for consumption, should be better handling.

The first day, it took a good 20 mins to chek in, Breakfast was less than averaged. We come back 17:00 hrs the room was not clean. Got lock in the room we had to call the front dedk. Overall not a unforgetable experience..

I'm a regular customer and this is the first time that I experienced a bad service quality during my stay. First I had to change rooms because of one of the beds weren't made. Then the next room didn't smell good and in the bathroom was missing the shampoo.

« Nice room but stingy on service basics »

The room was nice, but the hotel was oddly stingy on the basics. We had to ask for a second towel in a double room; it had a small kitchen and two plates but no utensils. And you cannot open the wardrobe without moving the bed.

Comfortable room, attentive staff. Had a problem one night when returning from a social event and there was no one at the front desk. Had to ring the bell several times, tried the card key on the outside slot but it did not worked, and was granted access when another guest was leaving. It appears that the front desk person had to go get some towels and he returned when I was already waiting for the elevator to arrive.

« The staff was very friendly and the room clean. »

I enjoyed my stay, however the air conditioning was not great. The weather was very nice so I did not complain about the air conditioning . The staff was very friendly and house keeping kept the room made up with fresh linens daily. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I would stay with you again.
