The room was clean and had everything I needed. The gym which I used on both days needs the light timer changed. After 25 min the room goes completely dark, this is not so great when running on the tread mill without light. In addition the tv in the gym is not connected to power and would not turn on with or without the remote. The holder for the air con remote in the gym is broken. There were no cups at all for water in the gym.

« Perfect for quick overnight stay. I was impressed, value for money. »

The room was everything we expected for the price and we had a good night sleep. Room was clean and had everything we need for a quick overnight stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking had easy access to the lift for me as I have a disability and I had no problems getting around the hotel. My only issue was stepping into the bathroom but that was a minor issue that we sorted. All in all we would stay again and would happily recommend to others.

« The window in the room was not properly sealed to the wall so the street noise and 24hour construction works made it impossible to sleep. The pillows were also far too firm and thick with no variation provided. »

I needed to stay the night to catch an early morning international flight but got no sleep due to the poor maintenance of the room with the window being only partly sealed to the wall. The outside noice with the 24hour construction noise was horrendous. The room was clean and tidy but the pillows were too firm and too high. Usually in hotels there are a couple of different types of pillows but these were all the same. I won’t stay there again.

The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom vents were covered in dust and there was dirt all around the edges of the floor. There was no room service and the restaurant was extremely loud. Walked away from dinner with a headache from the noise. Thankfully though all of the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.

Glad I left early next morning. Heard toilets showers and people in adjoining rooms and above all night. Lucky to have had 2 hours sleep. Room nice but inside noises kept us awake. Need ear plugs.

Really Really satisfied so much so we would have liked to have stayed in September but after trying to book 3 rooms for 5 adults and 2 children 7&9 keep getting message does not fit criteria regardless of how i tried rearranging guests over the 3 rooms so bad luck for both of us had to go elsewhere. « The hotel did so well to rescue the experience after Accor’s dismal online booking service. »

The experience, from when I confirmed my booking over the phone to when I checked out was really really good. Accor’s online booking service refused to let me log in and when I checked my booking direct with the hotel it was found that I was not, in fact, booked as an Advantage Plus member and had not been charged the member rate. This was immediately remedied by the very efficient staff member I spoke to and credit was added to my account for incidentals in lieu of members’ discount. The reception staff were helpful and efficient. The restaurant and bar staff were outstanding. The accommodation and bar/restaurant are reasonably priced and very comfortable prior to the bedlam of Sydney Airport. I recommend this hotel to any potential traveller.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant were great. Unfortunately there was a large gap in the window frame in our room which let in a very cold draft at night - we sadly didn't find this until the last day so couldn't ask to change rooms. Unfortunately there is also a problem with guests smoking in the hotel - the level 4 corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there were stubbed out cigarettes on the internal fire stairs
