Tis is a hidden gem among the Accor Hotels. it is always a pleasure to stay here where you are made feel welcome The staff from the GM down are great and very attentive It is close to Mascot train station which opens up the whole of Sydney to you. You can always walk to the domestic terminal or get a shuttle to both Domestic and International. The rooms are wonderful We will be back

The room itself was small, clean and the bed comfortable. However, the noise coming from roadworks outside continued all night, making sleep impossible. We had dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately my schnitzel was burnt and my husband's barramundi tough and inedible. Sent my meal back and had to wait for 15 minutes or so before receiving another one, which was dry and tasteless

I arrived at 2.20am, without greeting from the duty manager. I requested a check-in and was told that the system was updating and I would have to wait 20 minutes, he said he can't interrupt it. the manager was rude and abrupt. I promptly reminded him that I was the customer and IBIS was fully aware of my late arrival therefore they should have written down my room number before my arrival and before updating the system. He did not comment. he was inexperienced and should not be left alone on duty to attend to customers until he is trained properly. This was a very distasteful experience. after insulting on a room due to the late hour, he decided to allocate a room on the ground floor. The room was not cleaned properly, the sheet appeared unchanged, there was no shower glass or curtain around the shower. The water pressure was a disgrace. the light from the construction outside shone into the bathroom. I tried logging on to down load emails but there was zero internet access. I am appalled that Accor would be part of such a very distasteful outfit. the experience was horrible. TYRONE@PULSETECH.NET.AU

We realized as soon as we arrived at Sydney airport that we had left medication in fridge. I rang IBIS and receptionist, who was just the best, organized everything for us and in 25mins a taxi arrived at airport with our meds. We were so grateful. Our stay was wonderful in every way.

I found your booking information misleading. The price quoted was not the full price. You advertised free parking but then wanted to charge us $25 for that. After I complained we were given complimentary parking. However the original information was not correct.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times previously and keep returning because of the location, convenience, excellent service and a bed that is just so comfortable. The staff are excellent, one in particular Minda in the bistro - just the best.

After booking the hotel I called to confirm certain conditions and found the staff extremely helpful. My wife and daughter arrived ahead of me and were able to check in (this has been a problem in the past with a another group (not Accor)). They were extremely well looked after and when I joined them the helpfulness continued.
