Stayed in 1027 and found the room quite noisy from motor noise, presumable HVAC outside the room. I had turned off all fans, AC and fridges int he room but it was still disruptive to sleep

« Good customer service throughout the Hotel »

One small item although not always able to be catered for the rom I had been placed in was close to the lift shaft and it was the noise of the cables when the lift car was operating early in the morning. As I was only visiting a couple of nights it was ok but for more than two nights this would start to become a little concerning. Although I know if I had bought this to the attention of the front desk staff they would have tried all possible avenues to assist me. I did enjoy my stay thankyou.

I stayed at Novotel because of its proximity to my office location. While the stay was comfortable it was not very great. I was very disappointed with the quality and variety of the food. I had ordered Brownie ( in room dining) and it took very long for it to arrive and it was not cooked/baked properly. It was almost raw batter. Service time was too long as well. Quality of toiletries was very poor as well.

All was good except the room ventilation/heating system. I really wonder if some other person has made a complain. I'm a good sleeper but someone could struggle to get some sleep with the vibration and noise coming from this system.
