I always prefer this hotel. Nice and respectful and respectful staff who always show how welcome the guest is. I feel like I'm in my second home here. And this is very important, because after a hard work, I need to rest and gain strength the next day…

The bed was comfortable but the room was ordinary. The bathroom was very small and there were just 3 towels - lack of two small towels. Also the quality of soap was very poor, especially if it was 3-in-1 product the hotel could provide something better. There was no shower cuff or other accessories. They should also change the bulbs. In the bathroom and room there was this horrible yellowish light that was creating unwelcoming vibe. Horrible for putting the makeup. Also in the morning you could here the noise of someone moving plates all the time - the breakfast area was just below us - you could here everything even if we were on 5th floor The positive thing was tv that had canal+.

Thanks again to the Team. It is getting more and more e-hotel with all services like check in check out at one click. Very good breakfast and coffee machine in your room. Close to all important spots in Lodz, easy parking. The most important is the Team always professional and extremely helpfull.

An enjoyable stayed , lovely, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Loved the extra touch for a Easter treat of chocolate sheep. The lobby was good and helpful staff, some extra treat in the lobby for you to take with water for filling up your water bottle, sweets and cookies for you to have in your pocket when walking round Lodz, where the Ibis is located in the centre of Lodz and easily connect with tram and bus.

This was our third stay at Ibis Lodz and as usual the hotel did not let us down. The breakfast was sufficient and the room of usual standard. We usually use Lodz as a stepping point on the way back to Warsaw. We'd return here again next time.

The hotel is in a greal central location, with good transport links to other parts of the city and easy access to the shops, room was basic with comfortable bed and rather nice bathroom. Could do with a better cleaning. The staff was amazing and really helpful. Good fresh breakfast!

I enjoyed my stay at ibis Lodz! I was only there for a few days, but the room was quiet and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had the breakfast buffet and the food was quite good as well. Coffee was excellent!
