Good location near Tower Hill station and tower gateway dlr, room was good size for London and clean. Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet, staff were all friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in London

« Location isn’t everything! »

Open space reception but not very welcoming after all. We checked-in with the feeling we were a credit card to swipe: 100GBP were blocked without reasonable explanation. No information was given on WiFi or Fitness. Welcome drink is cheap house wine at 5£. We never saw the bath mats we asked for five times as the Italian shower is slippery. No cappuccino is served after 11pm!

We loved our stay at Novotel Tower Bridge. The room was perfect. The desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant hours made it easy for us to enjoy the entire day out in London and know we could eat when we arrived back at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a delightful selection to choose from. The only complaint is dinner was overpriced and the service in the afternoon/evening was very slow. Additionally, this was one of the only merchants in our entire trip which charged a conversion fee when using my American credit card at point of sale (a helpful rep at the rental car company told us later to look out for that because there is no need for it and it can be bypassed by the merchant). Otherwise, a wonderful experience.

The location was excellent with immediate access to the Tower Bridge and amenities. The room was just average and the bathroom was clean and adequate. The room was serviced each day. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The lift was small and stuffy. Breakfast was crowded as it was school holidays at the time. The WIFI was good
