We had a fantastic time. Room was upgraded to an executive room which was a super experience. The staff were so helpful and let us book in even though we were ahead of time. The room was smart clean comfortable and trendy. The bathroom area very modern and contemporay but nice. Not much of a view from window unfortunately but we were only staying a night so it didn’t matter. Breakfast in Keepers was very nice, anot a hug restaurant and quite busy, but food was fine and staff very good.

« Brilliant...but too short !! »

Really nice stay ...a few little bits to sort when arrived but they were sorted ...room was booked for three ..the sofa bed was there and ready but there were only 2 of things ...cups ..water ..toiletries. Lovely breakfast but avoid around 9 ...gets very busy !

« Perfect hotel for our weekend with kids »

This beautiful, rather small hotel with the modern reception area is perfectly located next to the underground station, London Tower and the Tower Bridge. We were amazed by the friendlyness of the staff throughout the whole hotel. The hotel being very busy while we stayed there, everyone was all smiley, helpful and professional at all time. We stayed in one room with our two kids, the room was small but convenient, very clean, modern bathroom and offered everything you need. The breakfast had everything we expected in good quality. The bar is really nice to have drink in the evening. We highly recommend Novotel Tower Bridge!

We stayed in a Novotel in Paris so we were familiar with the brand. The room wasn’t quite as spacious as the one in Paris even though it had the same description. I was surprised that the pillowcases weren’t changed after I had soiled one with my make up. The pillow was simply turned over. Also, there wasn’t any soap places back in the room after the second day.

« Very positive! »

This was our third stay at the Novotel Tower Hill when visiting London, and it was very pleasant. It's always clean, quiet and your staff is very pleasant & lovely to deal with. The only hiccup was that the hair dryer didn't work in our room. I called down to have it replaced, but a new one was never brought up. It wasn't a major concern though. Thank you for a lovely visit!
