This was our third time at the hotel and we have no complaints. The staff wad very friendly and promptly attended to issues raised. The location next to the new mall could not be better. Highly recommended

ATKV stayed for many years at Mercure Randburg, this time around one of our colleagues paid the same rate as the rest of us, but he had to pay extra for his breakfast.

The room was dirty and plugs were not working. Food was disappointing during supper worse than it all the waiter was rude n disrespectful. I can not recommend it even for my worst enemy. Innocent was the only guy who was professional and made guests feel like they matter

the stay was very pleasant, however I just was caught off guard by being informed my rate included breakfast and then being told after I had dished breakfast that it was not and then charged R165 for breakfast the is very very average.

Ni issues except bathroom odor of drain water slightly offensive - had to change rooms as shower did not drain adequately in room 205 in 229 the aircon was a bit loud

Room cramped : noisy aircon : dirty carpet. Room safe faulty on 2 occasions - the second occasion safe could not be opened for several hours (with my wallet etc inside). Indifferent waiting staff. Very disappointing stay which has put be off Mercure altogether.

May the chefs improve when packing lunch packs, they do not ask what you would like, they pack anything and sometimes they prepared pork ribs and i dont eat pork. On my 2nd day, cleaners did not remove, take away plates back to the restaurant, they lefy it there and there flies all over the room.
