Good experience for the value you Very quick and efficient check-in process, prepared in advance thanks to data already in the system. Comfortable rooms, although very noisy due to traffic of the street in front. Breakfast is ok, but service after 9:am a bit overwhelmed.

Room is clean, with good amenities. TV is terrible, both in technology, stand flexibility and available content. Elevators are small and extremely slow.

Overall good experience, the breakfast, shower and bed were awesome. My bathroom had a leak that was never fixed during my two week stay and doing laundry is outrageously expensive.

It is possible to hear all the noises that come from the street due to the lack of proper acoustic insulation on the rooms. Additionally, the light from the corridor enters in the room through the door frame, and stays on all night long.

A unidade 901 em que esteve hospedada já dispõe deste equipamento, porém, para o isolamento adequado todas as janelas devem permanecer fechadas. The bathroom was dirty I asked to clean when I left in the morning and when I came back at night still dirty. I had bed bug bites all over my body as well as mosquito bites, same ... asked in the morning to change me from room and came back and nothing was done. I wasn’t changed just the service person went int and spray some product to kill mosquitos....

This hotel has an excellent localization in the city, spacious rooms and the staff is very helpful and polite. I was very pleased with the roof pool, the welcome drink and the garage service, quick and did not have all the red tape the other hotels have with check-in and check-out tickets and such: the reception desk would phone in and ask to bring my car directly, much quicker.
