Very easy to find just at the exit from MIDI station. Feeling safe as they use key card to access the lift. Room is big enough. Storage room available with charge. Internet is fast enough. Some space to wait our train after checkout

The staff were fine, breakfast was ok, bed was comortable and bathroom was fine. However, the room was really hot. I switched the aircon on before bed, but it made no difference so I slept quite badly.

« The location is excellent, but the room cleaning was average »

The hotel's location is excellent. However, the water in the basin flowed very slowly. It seemed that the water conduit is blocked up. In addition, the stool stank even after flushing several times. The room cleaner cleaned the room everyday, but the conditions of the basin and stool never changed. I even wondered whether they have washed the basin and stool when they clean the toilet.

I recommend this hotel because is an excellent benefit cost (quality, localization and cost). It is near Mid Central Station, metro line and stop bus. Good service, bedroom, localization, breakfast and bar.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and the breakfast serves basic food which is sufficient for me. I especially like the orange squeezing machine which I can squeeze fresh orange. The hotel is just a stone throw away from Brussels Midi station. Very convenient.

« Very good hotel with great Location »

Check in was smooth and allowed before check in time at 3pm. This Hotel is located in front of MIDI station. So any other location is easily accessible by train. Also a lot of variety in Breakfast. Room is spacious with all other necessary items. Also, they have lockers to put your luggage.

Location is very good and closely public transportation. very good breakfast. Reception staffs have service mile. But in the room not clean. First night not provide shower cap and foot towel in the shower room.

Very much a middle of the road experience. On arrival a quick check-in, room far to warm. Cooling system very poor. Windows that open, but comes with noise from the outdoor bar tables, even at 1am on a Monday morning, so a poor sleep. One single towel, tiny. Shower doors leak.

We came for a holiday, needed the room to get a good nights rst. Totally disappointed with the hot room at night. # 518. Complained to reception, first see said she is busy and a colleague will come, then after waiting went down personally, and got them to do something, got a room # 234 the same problem. Reception next day also did not care, even though we were promised a more comfortable double room we did not get it we had to use two twin beds in different corners of the room. Disappointing, Refund??

« A pleasant stay that was good value for money »

We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Brussels Midi. The room was standard of the older style Ibis hotels, and was clean and well maintained. The hotel was well located for our arrival on the Eurostar and departure two days later by train to Ghent. The rear courtyard facing room was quiet, allowing a good night's sleep.
