Friendly staff, clean spacious room and good breakfast. But! Air con in our room barely worked and we couldn't have the window open at night as the sound of the metro directly beneath us was too loud. We also didn't like the presence of drug dealers, prostitutes and public urination witnessed either from our window or from the hotel entrance. None of these unpleasant sights are new to me but my partner was really disappointed, especially when returning to the hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning and having to ask the prostitutes that were stood in your door way if we get passed them.

Check-in staff were excellent and quickly resolved the slight booking issue I had. Room was as expected - clean and comfortable. Only issue was noise from outside - might need better glazing!

« Noisy people in the street »

There are many people outside the hotel and they keep shouting and talking in the midnight. It's super annoying and crazy. It creates a negative image to your hotel. I don't think people will like the noisy ambience and the strangers keep yelling outside. It's really a damage. I can't sleep at night as the crazy guys are always yelling on Saturday midnight.

Room was very basic, no tea/ coffee making facilities. Security with key for lift ,/ stairs was good. Staff friendly. All felt cheap rather than budget, corners very obviously cut.

« good but noisy room »

My concern which I mentioned at the information desk was that the air conditioning/heating system in my room [517] was noisy. The mototrwas very noisy and had to turn it off. I assume that this was for the room next door as well as I could hear the noisy motor through the wall. Very disappointing indeed

Good experience with your check in method, only that. The room 522 was horrible, I got some pictures, water infiltration and partialy clean, I will review the situation on trip advisor and all the specific sites. You most take actiona the get better your services.

The room was basic but big, with only 1 chair while we were 2 in a twin room. The cleanliness of the floor was poor. There was not the basic facilities like a kettle and tea or coffee unidose to be used. No trash can in the bathroom neither. It seems the cleaning staff is not required to vaccuum or wash the floor in the bathroom regularly, so we had to request it to the reception after 5 nights... The reception staff was extremely nice and cooperative and a pleasure to work with and interact with. That cannot be said from the breakfast staff, who polices very strongly and not super nicely the access to breakfast,... The breakfast is or great quality, but way too expensive: 15€!!!!! The hotel booking system really does not seem to be working properly, as some changes requested over the phone and confirmed by email (after 3 failed tentatives) still had not been taken into account at check in! Also, for a long stay, having the wi-fi disconnecting every day was very annoying... Finally, I could really have kept my towel for the whole stay, but it seems the cleaning staff, instead of cleaning the floor, made a point at changing my towel, which I didn't need nor want. I reported this to the reception, but the towels were still changed the next day. We had no sign to post "do not disturb/do not clean my room" to avoid this disturbance of having our bed tucked in (which we didn't like and undid every time we came in), our PJ moved to the other guest suitcase, and our towel changed... No mini fridge in the bedroom neither...

« I never ever stay with your hotel again »

I was on 2 weeks business trip in Europa,and stayed Always accor hotel but yours was wrong choice for me.. was given at roof room ,l should have avoid my head to hit to the roof.. Then at your lobby your staff was very very rude Then at your luggage store room l never ever seen worst place in any of my hotels , theee is nobody available to help ,altough followed the instruction couldn't manage to lock the door at the end someone from reception come down to sort out problem after my 2-3 time reception visit.. I come to your hotel from pullman in Munchen It can't be even compare with that hotel..

Nice hotel, nice room but service staff is not good. Service staff is not friendly to approach and service with a bad attitude. Leaving luggage before check in time still need to pay locker fee and i think is not acceptable for hotel to charge locker fee.
