I use the hotel for business trips as it's convenient for location. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the food in the bar is great if you don't wish to venture out. Great beers also!

This is in general my preferred hotel in Leuven. The Novotel hotel comfort and standards are very suitable for me. The big problem of this hotel is really the restaurant. Starting with menues which are old and dirty pieces of papers. 50% of the menue wasn't available. At the end I had to eat something available and not something which I did want to eat. To me this becomes more and more an issue due to the relative remote location from the center of Leuven and restricted other restaurant options in the area

I am a regular stayer at the Leuven centrum Novotel. We enjoy staying in this Hotel. Couple of things to mention is that Hotel needs to replenish the tea / coffee for the Mini bar adequately as most of the time there is not enough. Tea is also limited and when you ask for extra the staff starts arguing between them as to if it needs to get from the kitchen or bar area. I guess the budget is tight !!! also the bar prices are too high. I have noticed that the bar area was empty or only a few people there. Don't forget that you can get most drinks from round the corner for a fraction of the cost from the Hotel. Apart from this everything is good and we enjoy our stay.

fine stay. Only slight problem was that I arrived around 11AM, and had to wait around a bit to get into room. But lobby area was comfortable, and had wifi.

we stay here quite often and we have enjoyed every time. The only thing to mention is that the hotel needs to think about replenishing enough tea and coffee in the room. i have to constantly ask and normally the staff starts arguing as i believe it effects their overall budget. i have also noticed that the drink prices have gone up and maybe because of this guests are drinking elsewhere now. the bar area was quite empty last couple of times. apart from this all good and good atmosphere.

« NH Hotel Centrum is actually on the edge of Leuven Centrum, nice rooms, good Breakfast, parking next door. »

We had a nice stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner restaurant was unfortunately understaffed so we had to wait a long time for ordering, the order did not come simultaneously as we were told one of the dishes was not available any more and one of us had to reorder while the other could start eating at that point we decided to go out to another restaurant in town (also the next day).

I always chooses on Novotel hotels for business. This was the first time in Leuven. The room was nice as expected. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful. What could be improved: - one complementary small water bottle should be given in the room once a day and not only as welcome on the first day; -towel change: I’m completely in agreement with eco friendly policy of Novotel, but when I leave a towel on the floor means I would like to get it changed because it got dirty for multiple usage, instead I found that it was just hanged back on the wall ( it happened multiple days); - also soap is not provided until completely finished. A second set should be provided in advance in case I finish it while having a shower. Final suggestion would be thinking to add small toothpaste in the bathroom amenities.

« No resolution to error in taxi reservation »

My colleague and I booked a taxi for 8:30 am; when none arrived and I asked at the front desk, they said one of your front-desk folks had mistakenly booked it for 6:30 (even though 8:30 was written down). The man on duty said there was nothing he could do. We had to walk with all of our luggage to the train station to get a taxi.

Performed according to previous experience. On line check in was good and save time. However, checking in on-line took awhile. Can be simplified? Only thing was I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my room when I marked that I would check in before noon during on-line check in.

« Disappointing experience »

Dissatisfying experience. We were two peopel staying in room for two people but I had to ask two times for supply for two people (towels, hygienic sets etc) and we, actually, did not get. Wi-Fi signal constantly kept disappearing. In the middle of our stay, fire system leacked and once we woke up in wet bad because of this. TO summarise, Novotel Leuven hardly can be rated as 4 star hotel. Overpriced and dissatisfying stay.
