« Service is Poor. »

1) Not being recognised as a Gold member 2) Did not received the welcome gift as a Gold member 3) Requested for iron and board for 2 consecutive days to the same person at the front office but still did not received any. Gave up on 3rd day onwards. 4) Did internet checked in but still slow process during check in. Although was happy in getting an early check in.

Overall very good however over the past few weeks whilst staying with you I have highlighted on a number of occasions that the hot water temperature is very low, so having a bath not ideal.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. It’s a great location because it is right in the middle of Mechelen, so close to all the restaurants & shops. Very easy to walk out & find a great place to eat, the grocery store is right there too!! The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable & quiet. The staff is friendly and very informative. I’ll stay there again!

« one of the better accor hotels i stayed in »

i stay weekly in hotels also pullmans, yet this hotel is one of my better stays. very nice atmosphere in the hotel , neighborhood and room . friendly staff . the breakfast has allot of choice, although i do think that not all the food is of good quality. for example the meatballs and the bacon is very dry, the beans are very sweet.... but still a pleasant breakfast !

The room was clean but it felt isolated, there was no place in the evening to eat in the hotel unless you call room service and eat in your room. the breakfast ws the same every morning and lacked variety. My room was cold and I have to use a space heater because the temperature could not be adjusted. My house keeper made the bed and put out clean towels, but I have dishes left every day from the night before.

My apologies for the inconvenience of the temperature in your room. We did undergo some issues with the central heating which is resolved now. Housekeeping should indeed have taken the plates in your room. I will pass on this information to the team. Our restaurant can be very occupied on some days. But I'm sure that there was a place on most evenings given the occupancy. You are always welcome to check with out staff to find you a table or make a reservation. They'll be happy to help. I enjoyed my stay, the hotel and bar/restaurant are very nice. However, I stayed on the 4th floor under the fitness center. I was awaken at 4AM by someone running on the treadmill and was not able to go back to sleep. Please consider limiting the fitness center hours to open not until 6AM.
