« Excellent stay »

Best Ibis hotel we’ve stayed in. Bedroom was very clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing, even though our bedroom window overlooked the car park, heard absolutely no noise from outside. Staff there were excellent, very customer focused. There was an incident with one very rude male guest and a member of staff, as we were having dinner. However, the female member of staff handled it very well indeed. She made no fuss, spoke quietly, obviously not to disturb other customers and dealt with the situation in a very professional manner. All of the staff were female, who smiled lots and made us feel comfortable and that nothing was a problem. I hope this feedback gets to them to see just how good they are, well done to them. Definitely will be back

Beautful place to stay, room nice size amd clean.. very short staff tho in evening but was they was helpful when they finally got round to seeing us.. didn't know there wasn't any shops near and needed milk for my daughter so they gave me a jug full.

Had a very poor nights sleep this stay, plant machinery in room next to ours was very noisy all night. Couldn’t fault the morning staff, my wife expressed our disappointment and was offered a full refund.

Couldn’t find reception, no one around for at least 5 mins after entering the main doors, then we were approached at a plastic stand that looked like an award podium. Room was smelly, dirty and lacked towels, the smell was stale cigarette smoke and the carpet had a big brown patch on that I wouldn’t like to guess at what it was. headboard on bed had brown sticky splash marks on. Only one window opened slightly, the room was extremely hot and heating off. Noise in the corridor outside room very loud all night with shouting and people running up and down, lots of youths gathering outside with their racing cars all night until around 8am !!! Breakfast was over cooked with Rock hard sausages, no table clean had to find someone to prepare a table for us there were many empty tables covered in dirty crocks. Beds need updating uncomfortable and old. Hard to understand some of the staff due to language barrier that’s when we could find someone !

They were extremely annoying and highly rude at the reception. The girls named Venessa and Adriana were absolutely horrible and they smacked doors of the cabinet when I was taking my coffee in the morning (exhibiting violent behaviour) . Just terrible service stayed here for 11 nights for a business trip and would never recommend this to anyone
