« Good for a short stay »

Arriving at the hotel, there was no indication of where the entrance is which caused me to go around the block to find the entrance into the hotel. Since my transport to Paris arrives early morning, I had to leave my luggage even though check in is not for another 5 hours. When I got to the reception, she told me that by leaving my luggage it means I am checking in, her reason was that there is no storage space in the hotel. As I am travelling with 2 suitcases, it is a huge struggle to carry that until check in, however after some convincing she allowed me to store it in the food storage room until check in time. I would suggest that the hotel management to open up more space to allow storage of luggage for guests arriving early or leaving late as this is a standard offering from all the hotels I have been. As the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, opening the window is the only option and since my room is facing the car park, there were a lot of noise coming from guests arriving or leaving the hotel, it would be helpful to inform guests to keep noise level to a minimum within the compound.

« Good, better than expected. »

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet area, clean rooms. The bunk bed was neglected though. Could have tea making facilities. Reception closed early in case you needed something like towels, toilet paper becomes difficult.

« Terrible time »

Everything smelled. The air conditioning did not work and it was very hot. Even after putting a do not disturb sign, the cleaning lady kept on banging my door and it was too noisy in the corridor. The kids kept running late in to the night and if I opened the window (due to hot tempreture), random people were sitting outside and making noise.

If you look for a good quality hotel which is not that expensive and lets you easily get to the capital, then this one is perfect for you. Rooms are very clean, metro is not that far away, you can go there by feet or bus, and people working here are always welcoming and kind. I have been to this hotel three times already and I plan to come back for my next trip. The best choice, truly recommend.

Brought friends from Indonesia, from Sigi, Palu. One night stayed only, but nice impression, nothing to complain about. Clean, simple, very satisfying for low budget. Nice personnel. Would like to come back.

« As it’s says in the title “budget” »

Room was clean, decent towels provide. Layout a little strange, sink in bedroom. After using the toilet you have to walk round the bed to use the sink! Was given a room next to the busy road, with the room not having AC found it to noisy to have window open, not so great when you have a small child. I would suggest they put families to the front of hotel where road it much quieter. Breakfast wasn’t quite how it’s shown for pictures but it was acceptable. But overall for the price we got what we paid for.

No air conditionning in the room. You have to leave the windows open all nights but as the hotel is on a very busy main road, it was very noisy and polluted.

« Not worth value for money »

The night staff was really unpleasant and rude. The room is okay but didnt seem clean at all. We decided not to shower there as we were a bit off when we saw how dirty was the room. It smelled smoking in the floor, the lift was broken for the 3rd floor which was unconvenient as we had the pram and loads of luggage. We travelled with a newborn baby and we were not expecting smoking areas in the hotel! The breakfast was served until 9.30am, which we were not aware of. Thankfully the morning receptionist woke us up at 8.45 to let us know. But we still paid for 1 breakfast that we couldnt get as time was too short to be ready on time.

« The price and the room was ok but due to friendly people rate higher »

I stayed 2 nights and the room was ok. + Clean ++ Friendly reception + 10 min walk to RER and 15 min to Metro +Breakfast pricing is ok, just help to start the day and good to have it. - Room window shades were bad and couldn't sleep because light entered through - no locks either bathroom and toilet - overall pricing 10-20€ cheaper would be fair Room may be good for 2 persons, but bathroom and toilet should have the option to be closed. Overall a good experience Really friendly people and secure location.

I liked the hotel very much as it was extremely clean, I felt everything was new. The parking was super simple and ideally no one would care if you parked a little extra hours. It's not required to get the car out exactly when you vacate the room. As long as the receptionist is present he will open the gate for you when you take out the car. The walk to the station was not that bad, it was only 10 minutes walk and the RER takes you directly to Eiffel or Notre Dame. There's also bus stop just below the hotel if you want to go to Metro station Peri or even the RER station. The free parking at the hotel is what we liked the most apart from the cleanliness. The only downside of the hotel for us was, the automatic room allocator allocated a room on the 4th floor, it was too difficult for us to climb the stairs with family and kids - this is the only reason why I reduced 2 points, they should have fixed it quickly (but did not) - it's such a pity that IBIS group does this for it's customers. However, once on the room, it was a nice view of Sacre coure and other buildings. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would still recommend to our friends.
