we live locally and rented a room as we had builders working at our house. The room was clean and modern and all services were provided to high standard. I would give this a higher rating however the fact that there is an extra charger per day for the car park was a real downside.

Good staff. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. On site parking is bid advantage and it takes only 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. Definitely would stay here again as easy access into London.

This hotel is a great base for a London visit. It is near to Barking station from where you can travel straight to central London. With advanced booking you can save lot of booking but we book it on arrival as was not planned trip. Clean room and bathroom, nice fresh bed linen and towels.Great value, only negative would be the noise but then hotel is close to motorway.

It was alright, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and i had an old TV in my with only one channel on it, I couldn’t even use YouTube on it but and the floor in the shower looks so old as well and kinda weird tbh.

It was too hot in the rooms and very noisy if we opened the windows as it is near a main road. No fans available or a.c. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Ensuite shower has been upgraded since our last stay 5 years ago, this was good. The TV remote was not working properly but we managed. No tea making facility in the rooms, but asked at reception and did make a kettle available in the foyer downstairs. No way of keeping drinks cool in the room so my husband was going to Tesco round the corner and buying ice cubes and using the sink in the bathroom to keep drinks cold.

Great! The staff were very kind and helpful - they allocated us a quiet room as my daughter has sleeping problems which made all the difference. They even cared enough to ask us if the room was OK for us! They also supplied us an extra pillow and kettle on request which really helped us enjoy our stay.

Checking in was a shambles, when booking the company specifically discussed paying with the debit card used to make the booking as it would not be in my possession, however on arrival this appeared not to have been organised and as such I had to pay for the booking and claim the money back which is Very Inconvieniant

I stayed overnight to visit London. hotel is not too far from city centre and close to barking underground station We have chosen hotel for the very cheap prize . When we arrived there we found a beautiful room with large double bed !!!! Good Experience !
