Stayed here during a day layover and came back for overnight stay. Great location for gare de Lyon. Rooms basic, ie no water or tea/coffee making facilities, but very very clean and with other essentials. Would stay again

« Enjoyable stay in a convenient location »

The hotel is within easy walking distance from Gare de Lyon. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety is satisfactory and of good quality. WiFi service works well.

Excellent location for visiting Paris. Our stay would have been improved if the room had been equipped with a kettle and a safe. Our room was a good size but the bathroom was tiny and the air conditioning had a couple of issues. The staff was friendly and professional. We did not try the breakfast at the hotel as we preferred to breakfast in one of the cafés around the hotel

« Clean and convenient near the Gare de Lyon »

There are many Accor properties around the Gare de Lyon, I chose this one for the price and the fact that if you are in Paris, you are not supposed to be in your hotel room for any other reason than to sleep. It is clean and modern and steps from the side entrance to the train station as well as the métro. The bus from CDG stops 300 metres from the hotel, you can see it as you disembark. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

The elevator service was bad. The elevator was slow, too small especially as the cleaning staff used the same elevator as the guests and with all their cleaning material there was hardly any room for guests.

« Good but not enough. »

I personally go out sometimes in years. But not so good in ibis paris next to gare de lyon. I know the ibis which I stayed is 3-stars but at the view of service holiday inn Bastille has much better service even from the front desk. « well organised and basically pleasant stay »

We arrived during the heatwave ( reaching 42 degrees) and were told the air-airconditioning had broken down but a fan had been put in our room. This was unacceptable to us and the staff immediately found another room. The email sent informing us of the problem arrived a day after our visit. Nice room and bed, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Poor staff at reception, the receptionist only spoke French, I speek 3 languages but not French. Room was small but oke, a little bit of fresh air would have been nice. Breakfast was oke, only the staff was unfriendly

I got charged twice for the breakfasts, once to my Euros credit card an again the same to my English GBP credit card. I complained to the hotel by phone but they are not solving it.

« Love the Brand and the hotel but this particular stay was not comfortable. »

My expectation on the hotel was met -- the warm welcome, ease of checking in, the room, the clea,liness, and the great location. But the air conditioner wasn't working at the time at the time of the very hot week in Paris. We arrived at our room expecting a cooler and comfortable room but it was hot inside. Thought the air conditioner was turned off but it was running but it doesn't get cold. I thought the electric fan was there for extra breeze, but i guess it was put there on purpose. I informed the reception and was asked to comedown to provide me with an instruction -- that instruction is another electric fan. Because the A/C was busted and no technician that day and the hotel was fully booked. I understand that so we just have to make use of what we have since we were very tired and just have to open the windows as we stay through the night. We thought it will be fixed the following day, but it was not. No technician was available and no available room. I don't want to ruin our vacation. We just have to suffer the warm stay at the hotel. Nothing was offered to improve our situation.
