« Hotel is great, the surroundings of the hotel is not welcoming. »

The hotel was fine, breakfast great, space-full rooms, customer service to the point. The negative is the location of the hotel, unfortunately we stayed at the hotel from Saturday to Tuesday and this coincided with the flea market. Another negative experience was the false alarm that took off at around 1am.

Room number 321 I was staying at your hotel with my family I had to call your receptionist over at 1 am to show the bed bugs in the room Your receptionist came to the room and saw the bed bugs and he also saw the severity of the bites on my body It is over 100 bites For this day and age this is unacceptable especially in a modern country like France I would like a full refund and I would also like compensation for the distress and pain i have photos of everything

Poor breakfast and not enought tables for all the people at breakfast time. If something from the food ended we were waiting for a long time to bring more. Cleaner came into our room to clean it the time that we came from breakfast and we were in the room and she wanted to clean it that time. Also the day of check out, she came in the room to clean it at 9 o clock.

We were told that breakfast from 6.30 till 11.30. so we went about 10.40 , we started to eat and my son try to grap yogourt which was in a high level than his hight so staff did not help so my wife went there to take yougort and this african staff lady was actually pulling yogourt from my wife hand and they remove all food by 11 oclock. O never see this bad behaviour in a hotel especially i accor club member. Please do something about this as this is ongoing behaviour.

For the first impression we got from the entrance (exterior/outside) in the hotel was kind of dirty (trash). It would be good to clean the outside part of the building. The back area (terrace) needs to be improve (lack of decoration) to make it more attractive.

We had a nice 3 nights stay at your hotel. Everything just worked as expected, no major disappointments. A location of the hotel is a bit far away from the city center, it was a known fact before booking. Metro line 9 worked ok

I travelled with 2 children and my mum. Hotel was clean and the room was big. I’ll visit again if I want to stay in the Montreuil area. The only downfall is the reception area, it is too small and the breakfast was very bad. I travel for work regularly but I have to say it’s the worst breakfast selection I have seen. A big improvement needs to be done.

had an intervention into my privacy of my stay saying my bill was not settled, nobody asked me to pay the tourist tax when i checked in and later a panic was generated that i am booted out of my room. Also the outside location is a very scary place I could not walk to Galleni bus station, you need to look for chaffer service in that case this is very rude behavior

Absolutely fantastic, the room was clean and spacious, staff friendly and everything was very easy. Only one thing I think need to be improved- the sign of the car park. I didn’t know where to go and it was almost impossible to leave the car in very busy traffic In front of the hotel and ask receptionist where to go. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Absolutely fantastic stay.
