Have stayed here on a few occasions and again very impressed. Had upgraded room to executive, very quiet very clean nice bath and rain shower, nice toileteries. Lovely welcome from reception and checkout . Hotel is close to London bridge tube station and next to Borough market, lots of pubs and restaurants very close Would highly recommend.

Very nice welcome, upgraded to exec room, room very clean , nice bath, shower, toileteries etc.Check out very swift with two very pleasant ladies on desk. Have stayed here before and would recommend.

« Drastic change in decor »

Stayed one night. Having used this hotel many times before, I was taken back by the many changes in decor and reception. It's getting too like the dreadful Ibis Styles for comfort. No newspapers at breakfast and the coffee machine queues were too long - bring back the cafetieres! Also, the coffee was dire and it was hard to find the cold milk - the machine dispensed too much.

The executive rooms are poorly designed, the ones on the 6th floor . Don’t understand the open plan sink design and the furniture is poor quality and doors are poorly fitted. There are far better quality rooms on the 4th floor.

« Good but not amazing »

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice too but get very hot during the night. We woke up to open the window however early hours of the morning we were woke to very loud staff chatting outside.

Initially couldn’t find reservation but that was sorted. My wife and child went to breakfast at 10:51. Member of staff initially said they couldn’t come in for breakfast. Another member of staff let them in. Bit awkward for my family. Otherwise stay ok.

We were only there under dayuse, and were more than happy with the room. Shower/bathroom was really good, and a very comfortable bed. Will definitely be going back

Very quiet room, as requested, very helpful staff throughout our stay, nothing was too much for them. Room was very comfortable as was the bed and a very good price for the two night stay. However, the shower in the room was not warm but this did not spoil our enjoyable stay.

Experience was fine - the room was well kept, and the facilities were nicely maintained. I found it surprising that in my suite at least, no conditioner was provided amongst toiletries, but it was provided for colleagues in other units.

Very dissapointing , my first stay at this hotel having been an Accor Hotel Group member for a number of years. I knew I was arriving late at the hotel around 10.30pm so checked in on line to save time on arrival. On arrival check was no problem key was ready and I went off to my room to sleep after a long day. At 12.45am I was awoken by my room phone ringing , on answering it was reception ringing to check who I was as they had no record of me checking in ...at 12.45 am !!!! I raised my complaint with Nurun Laskar Front Office Team leader the next morning and although she apologised I would have expected some additional form of compensation. My companies offices have just moved opposite the hotel so this hotel potentially will be frequently used by myself.

« Warm, friendly staff and facilities. A real feel good experience for a big city hotel »

We felt very welcomed upon arrival with such personable staff. The room was perfect for 4 occupants and spacious for London. The location is a big bonus. Bar staff and check out were equally excellent. This hotel stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you Anjilla and the lovely gentleman who checked us in and shared some laughs on Friday 3rd May.

My room was not ready when I arrived due to a late check-out, but I was warmly welcomed and given a very nice upgrade. I did indeed feel that I was being treated well as a frequent guest. The hotel has recently been refurbished downstairs in the lobby and bar, and the new format is great - much more 'funky' and stylish
