« A lovely hotel, would definitely stay again »

Having stayed in a terrible Ibis a few nights before we didn’t have high hopes but were surprised. This hotel was much more what we’d expected. Newly decorated, spacious, comfy beds, no noise from other rooms. The reception staff were fantastic, really great with our son and happy for us to leave the car in the carpark after we checked out so we could explore. The only thing I’m not keen on is the fixed shower gel as hand wash, it would be much nicer to have soap. The hotel is a short walk from a metro station into the centre of Paris. It was perfect for our short stay.

« Got what we paid for. »

Staff friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and all at a reasonable price. The one addition that would have made everything fantastic would have been the ability to make tea and coffee in the room

Excellent hotel for the price. 450m to the nearest metro. Rooms are small but clean. Continental breakfast and good tea if you're English. Staff were efficient and friendly. I would stay again.

Good location just off peripherique (not quite so convenient to get back on it). Easy walking distance to Metro 13. U/ground parking very useful (although entering when cars double parked opposite was a challenge!) Friendly, helpful staff on desk & breakfast. Breakfast good. Room good, excellent shower, comfy bed.

The hotel is nice but we had bad experiences with the receptionist at the front desk. I gave our passports and money + 2 laptops and an Ipad to Julia at the reception. The day before we check out my daughter came down and asked for her laptop, Julia gave the whole bag to her without our consent. Julia knew that we have a lot of money in the bag ( 12,000 Usd and 1600$ Cad) When I requested to take back the bag , the man in the reception told me that Julia already gave the bag to my daughter. We checked and found out that there was one thousand missing. Could you help to check who is responsible for this case. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. My email is… Thanks

« A helping "helpdesk" could make it a different experience! »

Dear sirs/madams, Booking reference: HKBLGHDM/ Stay 14 June to 17 June Arrived at the hotel around 10.30 pm with my wife, learnt that reservation was cancelled due to late arrival, but finally got the reservation ok. The whole process dealt with rudeness by the lady at reception. We learnt that no food available or restaurant was closed and suggested that we could take a left turn, walk to nearby Domino to grab food. We were tired, hungry, so requested her that we order some food for delivery but she refused and told us it was late and said ' I insist you to go there and eat!'. Which we did and after a few steps I had been cornered by a man and being snatched my wallet. I lost everything, money 1000 Euro, all 4 bank cards. Instead food we left alone on the deserted street without a working phone ( exception of few suspicious peoples on the corner), finally with the help of a couple We could contact the police. Three civil dressed police came after a while, but they could not help more than listening. I am a 67 yrs old long time diabetes patient, my wife with back pain. We were so much devastated by the welcome of the hotel and the incident that we even had lost the desire to report it to the hotel. Just stayed 3 nights there as if nothing has happened and finally made our way back to home. Now We let you know about your 24 hours open help desk and hospitality you do offer!

« Don't have breakfast after a group! »

No issues with check-in, the room or departing. However at breakfast I arrived at just before 07:00 and there was very little food and no plates or cutlery. I was in a hurry as had an early meeting so had to make do with what I could grab which meant my breakfast was not what I usually enjoy. There was only one person to replenish everything which took over 20 minutes and was still happening when I left.

« Customer service was very average. »

Room did not get cleaned on our first day-at the very least we expected clean towels because ours from the night before were wet. When we called to ask to have our room cleaned the receptionist insisted the room was cleaned. Our bed wasn’t even made nor did we have clean towels. He dropped the towels off and that was it. Not even an apology for the lack of service. This hotel was not an expensive one however still cost us around 550AUD for three nights so we really expected better.

« Staff could be more informed and customer focused »

No ability on check-in to record my Accor loyalty details (Gold Member) and told by staff member that checked me in the hotel did not support Accor Loyalty. Only sorted on checking out when I met the only competent person during the visit. Room was okay, except no BBC working on TV. Was in menu as channel 800. When queried at reception was told it was not working and would be reported and fixed. Stayed three nights and when checking out queried on BBC. Was told by reception staff that BBC no longer available but still on TV menu.
