With good furniture. Fantastic staff. An excellent breakfast is indeed a great option. Easy access to transport and good neighborhood. In fact I would say that on a possible return I would possibly consider it.

When we checked in it had been from a long day of travelling. We were disheveled. The receptionist just looked at us. No hurry to check us in. Made a phone call before talking to us. The room was clean and well equipped. One afternoon we wanted ice. Nobody at the bar. Staff just chatting in their little room by reception. No greeting and the man just watched as I stood there. I went to reception and asked for ice. He said the bar was closed. Why was he there then? Wasn't a receptionist. He eventually came over. The room wasn't cleaned. We had the do not disturb on until about 11am. The carts were outside and the cleaner in the adjacent room. We removed the label before going out. Several hours later the cart was there still but nobody had come in to clean. Cleaner was further down the hall sat on a bed in an open room. I had a welcome drink as I'm a silver member. The only member of staff who was friendly was a young lad called Alessandro. He was nice. He got me extra ice for the room and he joked with us whilst he appeared to be the only person working the bar and the restaurant. He told us about the terrace on 6th floor. We didn't even know about it as it was never mentioned upon check in. He should be thanked. When we checked out the receptionist never asked how our stay was. The staff truly can't be bothered. It doesn't make you feel welcome.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel was a handy location for the Metro and there were many bars and cafe´s to have a drink or food. The hotel was comfortable and clean, with a well stocked bathroom and a comfortable bed.

Room was quite nice, however information on the website is untrue. According to it room size is min. 22m2. I measured the room and it had ca. 18m2! Bathrom nice, specially window there. However toilet papaer extremely difficult to reach. Room servicing quite strange. Positive as everything was cleaned well, cofffee caps were replensihed daily. On the other hand coffee and drink caps not replensihed a single time. Bed linens not replaced single time (by hotel standards I think it should happen every 3 days). Irritating that room card was taken away when left in the slot (all lights were off). Breakfast definetely on poor side. Choice very limited, quality just OK. Checkin experience very good and friendly. Night before check out I emailed reception with details for the invoice. I got reply it was entered in the system and I would get it at check out. But not only I got wrongly made invoice, receptionist couldn't find it in the system. Proper invoice was sent via e-mail.

We were very happy with the service we received from the check-in staff, bar and restaurant. We were quite comfortable and happy with our room. We liked the fact they had a fridge and a good size bathroom. The only criticism we had was the limited restaurant experience for lunch and dinner. It was limited due to the bar staff having to make and serve the meals which they did extremely well given the circumstances. Nevertheless, meal choices are therefore limited.

As a seasoned Accor visitor I was rather disappointed with my stay in Roma. The room was small (with no upgrade) and as a Platinum member felt rather underwhelmed. However, I thought this a sad hotel. Nobody at all seemed happy and they were performing a function which is not something I have experienced before from Accor.

The hotel was not bad. The location is extremely convenient. The WiFi is also excellent. My only problem was our bathroom was not cleaned AT ALL before we checked in. There was old soap, toiletries, shower caps, and towels in the bathroom. It was very gross.

A little out of central Rome but in a nice neighborhood with a metro stop steps away. I like Mecure Hotels because of an average size breakfast with the best coffee station ever! My family had 3 affordable rooms and we were all pleased. Also the staff arranged airport transfer for the 5 of us. I stayed in one of the chain in Toulouse, France in May 2019. I will look for Mecure when I travel again.

Friendly reception. Good room. Space a little bit small. Close to the metro station but actually not helpful much because many sightseeing points are not close to the metro line. 3 supermarket around.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Booked room for 3 people with breakfast for 3 nights. Staff on reception was very kind and helped are with all our requests (like booking of car transfer to airport). Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of food to choose. Room was nice, allways cleaned up. And all of this only 5 minutes of walk from metro B station. Generaly we are very happy with this hotel.

You booked on your own a second room on the website with prepayment that per condition of the rate is not refundable. That's why we couldn't change the reservation.
