20-30min from Torino (town) however accessible by Tram. You can even get tickets at the reception. The Hotel overall is fine with very friendly staff.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is little bit tired and needs some renovation. Breakfast was great and some variety. Overall it was okay for a transit or 1 day stay.

« Too noisy »

From 1am until 4am youngster walking, talking and even shouting in the corridors. Elevator doors opening every 5 minutes throughout the night. Impossible to sleep. Next time it will be a different hotel.

The restaurant should have music as it feels very dull and boring. During dinner I got served red wine on a water Globet and when I asked the waiter why putting wine on a water glass he said it is the new wine glasses?? Immediately after I saw him serving red wine to another guest in a normal wine glass. Honestly it made no sense and it shows inconsistency. Besides that the waiter was quite polity during dinner.

General experience was reasonable, however the temperature in the room was very high and the AC was not available. The front desk explained that this is shut down during winter......

Friendly staff, but the rooms - buiding requires a full renovation. This was a second time having a room, which climate control doesn't work at all and the only way of cooling down the room was to sleep window open. Downside of traffic noice and plenty of small flies inside.

« Room was hot and stinked as smokking room. »

You have friendly stuff, but the hotel is not meeting up to date basic standard. Sleeping 3 nights window open (with traffic noice) since it's not possible to adjust room temperature is not acceptable. And the room stinked as astray (old smoking room). I'm afraid this was my last staying in this hotel.

My main complaints would be. A Shower, you cannot use the shower when the shower is fixed to the wall, as the water is not directed correctly. B. For 3-days, I could not get draught beer in the bar....but you could get it in the resteraunt??
