Don't appreciate been told to pay in full at check in because too many guests keep leaving without paying. Not only did this imply I was been branded as dishonest but made me question what kind of establishment this was.

Was a good experience, the room was comfortable and large, internet speed is good and stable, personnel professional and friendly, location of the hotel is good for business visits, a bit difficult to reach with public transportation from CDG. breakfast was good, but you have to cook your own eggs which is a bit time consuming.

Nice room. Slow check in The staff were consistently adding breakfast onto my bill without my permission. 1st night I said put breakfast on for tomorrow only On the 2nd night I found out that they had put breakfast on for all nights I was staying. I paid this as I was probably going to have breakfast on the 3rd day I found out that breakfast had again been added on for another 2 night. I asked for one breakfast only but had 5 breakfasts charged to my bill. This is for a 3 night stay. No idea what they are playing at.

very easy and helpful staff, clean, large room with comfortable large bed and easy accessories and a breakfast with real food. very pleased with my 2-days. i was epecially pleased with the bed and the breakfast as especially in france it is common to find a "breakfast" that is really buns and coffee and a "bed" that is really little more than a cot with a mattress.

You know I don't normally fill in these surveys each time I visit, generally things go OK, and there are some tolerable dislikes, but the overall situation seems to worsening. So, I guess it needs to be more formal feedback now... a) About 90% of the time I use the laundry service, the 'bag' and 'form' are not replaced in the room. Last week, even after asking at reception, it was only the 'bag' which was replaced, not the form as well. So, another trip to reception! It is a small detail but this process fails with such regularity (and I have raised it as an issue many times before) that I can only assume there is lack of ownership at various levels of management. b) Carpets, these green-looking carpets are stained and looking disgusting. Not the sign of a 4-star hotel. c) For the last 5 YEARS that I have been staying at your hotel, the cleaning staff (correctly) do not remove anything other than waste which is in the waste bin. But more recently, left-over meals (which can be re-heated) have been removed from the room. On both occasions I have informed reception and on both occasions there has been zero response from management. Why the change in room-cleaning protocol, and why the lack of response from management? d) Eggs...admittedly this is a small issue compared to Brexit!...but they are the only 'hot' food available at your hotel for breakfast. Just as an example, a full breakfast at this alternative hotel chain in the UK is 10.5 EUR https://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/why/food/breakfast.html So, when you deliberately do not put eggs out in the morning or 'the delivery did not arrive' then I do not see how you can still charge customers the full price for a breakfast. It is a matter of trust and principle. Linking all of these things together, it is my feeling that this hotel is starting to loose control. There are of course good staff and good things taking place. But I stay in MANY hotels and these kinds of issues are just not common, it would be nice if they could be improved. J

It was my first experience at Novotel Suites. I stayed in Novotel Hotels before and in my view they are bit expensive, but have high quality standards. I expected some additional facilities by staying at Novotel Suites.But this stay changed by view. We have to change 4 rooms on first day as air con was not working in first allocated room and others have different problems. We got complementary drinks because of this issue. Later we found the microwave provided is not fit for purpose. I complained about it at reception, but no action. I tried to call them on phone, but no answer. I tried to follow-up in evening and the receptionist informed that there is no house keeping services during night. I informed them that Accor Hotels members, but they seems not care about it. There were also other issues with Toiletries, but decided not to report as it will be waste of time. The hotel reception is one side of a bar and it seems there is no manager to address customer issues. The hotel location wise very good and they have underground paid parking.

It's true, we don't have housekeeping during the night and when the receptionist is alone he can't leave the reception. I was here during all the week-end and I heard about your issue room and we gave you free drinks. For the other inconvenients i've nerver heard about it and I'm sincerely about that. As compensation we have put points directly on your Accorhotels member card. I would like to reiterate our commitment to high quality standards, and I personally would like to make sure you will experience it during your next stay with us. First of all the location seemed perfect. Away from the city centre's hustle bustle and at the same time not to far to reach. Very cordial and helpful staff. Neat and clean rooms and lobby. Good breakfast spread but should add more vegetarian options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable especially the bath. Value for money. Enjoyed a lot.

« Well located for my business needs, great staff, facilities could be better. »

Rooms are comfortable, even during a heatwave. However there could be better food options, especially in the evening, so I was not able to effectively work from the hotel. In addition the serviceability of the elevators is a big problem. At least one elevator seemed to be constantly breaking down all week.

The key I was given did not work and not sure I like the no reception environment. No veggetarian/vegan product on the 24/7 shop either. The room was big but there was a baby crib in it which I found was odd.

« Uncomfortable and Inconvenient »

The positive is that the staff was responsive and respectful. The lack of comfort and inconvenience was the elevator not being fully operational and very slow when it did work. Additionally, the lobby was extremely hot as well as the room. Even with the AC on, the room did not cool down after several hours.
