Stay was OK for the price but could be better. Suprised to see my bed made but towels not replaced and left on bed and and bench in room.

« Very comfortable, great location and friendly staff »

The hotel is in a great location within easy distance of the train station and the old town. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The team were so helpful, letting us into our room early, giving advice on getting into town and what to see and on leaving, a nice touch of an energy bar to help us on our way as we were on a cycling holiday. Breakfast was also very good and varied.

« Simple and affordable »

Simple, affordable and basic. It would be helpful to have food or drinks available in the evening. when I asked at the bar - I was told they had snacks but only 1 person working and not that good. I travelled 18 hours and needed hydration and food. I was told to walk 20 minutes to a ship on a river????

Very good hotel position. Friendly and competent staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Conclusion: a true Ibis hotel. If you stay for several days or are just passing by you can stay without problems in this hotel.

« Disappointing and not meeting the standard typical for Ibis hotels »

The location of the hotel was suitable and we booked with the hope to get a pleasant break after a long drive. The room offered, however, was wanting in terms of comfort (we had ordered a big double bed and we got three separate beds, one of which was foldable) and cleanliness. Hairs were easy to spot in the bed linen and in the bathroom. There was no adequate water pressure and taking a shower was not the pleasantest of experiences. Another negative point relates to the fact that the car park was paid which I had never experienced in an Ibis before. The only positive impression of the hotel was that the staff were very polite. Still overall, I am afraid I would not recommend this hotel and believe that the prices do not match the level of cleanliness and comfort.

I felt fine by check in with friendly staff. The room was good with proper size and nice bathroom. Only function of TV manipulator wasn`t o.k.

My stay was ok, but I had a few things to mention: The available food for a snack is not really, what I would expect from a hotel in this class. My room wasn't as clean, as I would expect. I had a really dirty aircondition exhaust. The room had a smell like cold smoke.

The room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. WiFi was very good. Would be nice to have some coffee/tea sets for hot drinks in the room. The front desk agents were always supportive and patient. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Overall I had a very good experience at the Ibis Gyor hotel. Thank you!
