« Nice hotel »

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only problem with the room was that the drain did not work properly in the shower, otherwise everything was fine. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. We didn't use the parking facilities in the hotel that were offered to us, as there is a parking place next door that is much cheaper than the charges Ibis would charge us.

« it was ok »

Firstly the Reception and buffet staff were great and very helpful. The room was ok, just little things, the duvet cover was on inside out and there was a old little blood stain on it. We was in the room for 4 night's, when the room got serviced the bed sheet didn't get straightened just the duvet got tucked back in over the top, we used the glasses each night, but they never got changed, once got rinsed out in the sink and left on the side to dry.

« All is great except one thing »

Everything was wonderful except the sheets... The sheets covering the mattress (under the actual sheets) contain plastic or rubber, and have made me perspire all night both nights I stayed there at the weekend. This uncomfortable feeling kept waking me up. Actually, this happened every night I spent at this hotel over the past few years, and nowhere else. (The reason I keep going back to this hotel is that the choice of hotel is not mine to make, and besides, this hotel is wonderful in every other way.)

Tisztelt Hölgyem, Köszönettel megkaptuk a ibis Győr szállodával kapcsolatos visszajelzését; nagy örömmel olvastam, hogy többnyire pozitív tapasztalatokat szerzett nálunk. Észrevételeit feltétlenül továbbítom kollégáimnak. Biztos vagyok abban, hogy pozitív visszajelzésének köszönetően kollégáim még nagyobb lelkesedéssel, továbbra is a szolgáltatások színvonalának fejlesztésén fognak dolgozni. Sajnálom hogy a matracvédő miatt kellemetlenül teltek az éjszakái. Ez sajnos higiéniai előírás a szállodánkban. Azt tudom felajánlani Önnek hogy ha legközelebb előre jelzi a foglalásánál, ki fogjuk a matracvédőt cserélni Önnek egy szimpla lepedőre. Remélem ez a megoldás elfogadható. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Bathroom is good and clean. Location a bit far from restaurant but still acceptable. No kettle jug or drinking water provided. No coffee or tea available in the room.

Ibis Győr is a pleasant and well accessible city hotel. The staff was friendly and they even organised an electric kettle, so I was able to make a tea in my room. The breakfast was fine, too.

« Potential of Improvements »

The hotel is quite ok compared to other hotels in györ, but below the standards of other accor hotels. Especialy the cleaning process of the rooms should be improved: - also clean tables not only make the bed - don't bring towels with holes in it or that are already so thin, that they tear on use - Quality of cleaning of floor and bath was also below standards (haires from days ago) Another thing to improve is breakfast: what I missed was some fruit salad and yoghurt. I stayed there about 3 weeks and in that time I nearly only ate scrumbled eggs (which were ok) each day and if there was a yoghurt mug, one of them (I don't eat bread at all and I don't trink warm things, so I can not say something to their quality). Positive: The nice service is there all the time to refill things and take away used dishes, even if there are two buses full of people for breakfast they get it managed some way.
