Check in was efficient, luggage storage too. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent but bar food was limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recomend the hotel.

" Very kind people , It´s not near from the tourist places , It appears being a " business hotel ". It was better than my expectation because I did´t have a good stay at Mercure Figueira da Fóz some days before . In resume , I am glad to participate of Le Club Accor and , for sure , iI will look always for Accor Hotels in the futures trips.

Everything is fine: Good breakfast, nice swimming pool on the roof top, great staff. Location is not perfect: nothing interesting around, no restaurants, far away from both city center or business center.

Rooms were too dark...little natural light. Rooms were small. Pavement outside the hotel is uneven with stones missing...needs repairing...dangerous Taking in guests from delayed/cancelled flights created problems for staff and normal guests since they demolished the breakfast facilities, food and space. Not acceptable. Dining room menu was repetitive...we ate out as a result.

The most delightful thing on our stay was with the interaction with the workers. Since the reception to the cleaning staff, especially the young man and woman at the breakfast time. This people is well trained. Because of them we would be back many times.

Excellent. I have nothing to complain, as my expectations were exceeded by good measure. I have been in close to 15 Mercure hotels and quite a few others this year and your hotel is definetely in the top quartile. I did not like the orange juice though - it seems that it si always bitter at this time of teh year in Portugal, like couple of year's ago in Lisbon's SOfitel!

How do you hire a front desk clerk who can’t smile and makes a guest feel unwelcome??? Management, tell Paul to get his act together or take a hike. The peeling wall paper was disappointing but the mold, yes dark black mold in the shower was DISGUSTING... and for that amount of mold to accumulate it had not been cleaned for 3-4 weeks. We got virtually no sleep due to loud banging of pipes that sounded as if it was coming from inside the walls. The front desk was no help as they insisted the noise was coming from the small refrigerator and wanted me to move furniture to unplug it. (This was at 2:30 in the morning, and again at 4:00 am, then at 5:30am.) We complained to the front desk again as we checked out. No help, no offer of a reduction in our bill, and no real apology that was commensurate with the experience of no sleep after having traveled for 24 hours to get to Lisbon. Al in all, a pathetic, expensive encounter with this building that calls itself a hotel. I imagine that the response to this email will be along the lines of, “so sorry, blah, blah, blah... we didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll do better next time blah, blah, blah.”

« Great friendly hotel »

The staff was very friendly. The elevatator had an fantastic view over the city, as it had a glass panel. The room was tidy and well equipped, there was a minibar, water, toiletries. It's quiet as well and the bed comfortable. The breakfast selection is good, you even get to try the portuguse custard tarts. In terms of transport, it's well located, near the metro/underground, buses and taxis can find it very easily. Overall you cannot go wrong staying at this hotel if you are visiting Lisbon.

It was far from extraordinary. I was happy when I received privileged room, but the excitement was gone after seeing it. The room has not been renovated since many years. The dark wood floor was rugged to white and possibly flooded before, wall around AC cracked with missing pieces of last layer of paint and apparently walls were somehow dirty as you could see smudges after attempt of cleaning it. Also, it was not perfectly clean.
