The room was ok, the service is not good but ok. The breakfast- not ok, needs more variance or selection of food. Please consider different nationalities for your selection of breakfast food. Please add some more fruits. Flies- the flies are so annoying and i cannot see any effort on your part to get rid of these flies. It’s everywhere,very disappointing.

« The stay was going to be pleasent but the delay in a service ruined it. »

The room is fine, the food is okay, the pool is good, the people are nice and welcoming, I reserved a triple room and I asked for my extra bed @ 2 am and the bed was extremely late , I kept calling the reception many times asking for the bed and I received it @ 3 am. My kids stayed for 1 hour at the late night waiting for the bed!!!

I stayed a night for a business meeting in the 6th of October city. The location was easily accessible to the city where I believe it is not a place for tourist, which means if you are a holiday traveller, you should find another hotel. I checked-in around midnight. Staffs were very friendly and the facility was new. The only trouble I found was one of the machine in the gym was broken but I believe they will fix it soon.

A little inconvenience due to mixing rooms and giving us a smoking area room at first but then we finally got our desired room, it night our neighbors were so noisy until almost 5 am in the morning. We requested late checkout since we needed it and we already were checked in very late due to the above mentioned troubles however we were denied by the receptionist at first but after an argument it was accepted.

everything was smooth and easy, however my room was opened by a gentlemen from housekeeping while I was inside the room without knocking(it was a day use ,so I see no need for housekeeping to make up the room) and the guy apologized. The food served by the pool can do with some enhancements as it was bland for a pizza.
